Abstract
Abstract Introduction: One of the economic cost analysis techniques, can managers and policy makers in the efficient administration of their institutions help. Today, the role of the right information to make decisions, especially financial information and cost The need for designing and implementing a costing system that is able to detect and correct calculation of costs is the cost of the service is a special place for various reasons. Objective: This study aimed to estimate the cost of services provided by health care units and health centers martyr Shadpour vaccination in Tabriz in 1394 is carried out. Methods: The study was cross-sectional and retrospective. The list of services and fees related to identified health 4 center complex The number of services provided by the Documentation Center of extraction and each time the service was measured by the timer. The collected data were analyzed using the software Excel 2010 and the cost of each service with a top-down costing approach was calculated. Results : Total cost health centers 16041610601 Rials.That the value of 6866142704 and 913044545 Rials health care unit and was related to vaccination.The total number of health care services provided by the unit 23706 and the total number of services provided by vaccination was 13451. Control of health promoting schools served by the health care unit at a cost of 816,864And the service of vaccination by vaccination at a cost of 67879Services Rials are respectively the maximum and minimum cost. Conclusion: Considering the high share of personnel expenses to total expenses, total (80.98 percent), with skills in human resources, in-service training and opportunities for job rotation and promotion on the output of health systems and the cost of the services affected.
