Measuring service quality at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences' Libraries with using Libqual-2016

Background: the permanence of libraries as information centers and Information, to keep pace with the constantly changing society. This is partly about a variety of school libraries and special libraries is true. But it is more important for some types of libraries. One of these type libraries, academic libraries as centers of knowledge production, research and development referred (1). This study aimed to assess the quality of library services was conducted by Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: : This study is a cross-sectional study. The population is 7668 people and the number of samples based on Morgan table 400, respectively. Sampling in this study as a class in the first stage and the second stage is to randomly. J- LibQUAL questionnaire is to collect data.
Results: The findings from the study show that 44.3% of female students and 55.7% are male. The most frequent in this study, the number of students of medical students at 42.9% and lowest frequencies of students of management with 2.6%, respectively. At the level of services the greatest satisfaction in the employee and the least satisfaction in control of information, and the average level of service in all aspects more than the average minimum level of expectations and less than the maximum levels expected to be split excellence in all aspects is negative.
Discussion and conclusion: Thus, according to the findings of this study can be concluded that the Library of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences Librarians are ready for delivery and the level of knowledge they have succeeded in solving user problems In contrast, low-quality library website. In other words libraries in the employee have expectations, but are weaknesses in the control information.
