Abstract
The purpose of this study is to Comparison of quick sepsis related organ failure assessment (qSOFA) and Systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS ) in the prognosis of sepsis patients in the intensive care unit Materials and Methods: In this study, 70 patients suspected of infection admitted to ICU ward of Tabriz Imam Reza Hospital were enrolled and SIRS and qSOFA criteria were obtained from them. Mortality rate, length of stay in ICU, duration of mechanical ventilation, and organ failure were evaluated. Results: According to the findings of this study, there was a significant relationship between duration of mechanical ventilation, length of stay in ICU, and mortality rate wih qSOFA.
