Comparing the expected Outcomes of Family Medicine Specialized Graduates from the viewpoints of Professors and Senior and Middle Director of the Health System and Family and Social Medicine Assistants
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the expected outcomes of family medicine graduates from the viewpoints of professors, assistants, senior and middle managers of health system in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences 1398.
Materials and Methods: This study is a qualitative study using focus group discussion. It is a non-random, purpose-based sampling method and was used to collect data from a semi-structured interview with 31 participants in 3 groups of professors, assistants, senior and middle managers of the health system, through a focused group discussion method including 25 individuals and Individual interviews were conducted with 6 individuals, and the interviews were continued until data saturation and data analysis was performed using content analysis.
Finding(Results): The study population consisted of 31 professors, residents, senior and middle managers of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences with at least 3 years of experience. The findings of this study were categorized into 56 themes after conceptualization, extraction and coding.
