Survey of the Axis Patients of Tabriz Hospitals from the Perspective of Clinical Governance Officials Using the Self-Evaluation Model of the Picker Institute in 1392

Abstract
Introduction: The concept of clinical governance means the governance of the
health service, this concept seeks to improve the quality of information,
collaboration , team work , both in thought and interaction , decreased variation in
delivery of health services and application of evidence-based medicine. On the
other hand, public and patient participation is one of the key pillars of clinical
governance. This study conducted to evaluate patient centeredness in Tabriz
hospitals from the perspective of clinical governance authorities.
Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive, and conducted in all hospitals of
tabriz such as; private, military and social security. For data collecteion used a
valid and reliabe questionnaire. Data collection was carried out in summer 2013.
Results: The result of this study indicate In teaching hospital 38%, private
hospitals 49%, military 71% and 66% in social security hospitals received
participation scores. Total scores of participation in all hospitals was 56%.
Conclusion: The results of this study showes that the military and social security
hospitals related to patient and public are better than others. Public and private
hospitals not recived good score due to lack of planning in these hospital
