After designing the questionnaire and confirming its reliability and validity, by examining the aging centers and completing the questionnaires by considering the entry and exit criteria of all elderly residents, the researcher examined the data and finally used the data using SPSS version 25 software.
Before analyzing the data, the normality of the data was examined and due to the non-normality of the data, the crossover-Wallis and Mann-Whitney nonparametric test were used. Results: Out of a total of 74 people who entered the study, 35 were males and 39 were females. The highest age group (43.2%) was (between 69 and 69 years old).
Also (71.6%) were 6 to 20 months old.
According to the scores of the questionnaire, the average quality of medical services, psychological services, welfare services, social services, and overall quality of services are 1.76, 1.68, 1.83, 1.77, 1.75, respectively.
Also, no significant relationship was observed between any of the demographic information and quality score (pvalu <0.05).
Discussion and Conclusion: Psychological services have the lowest quality compared to other areas due to the lack of a happy environment in nursing home care centers.
Therefore, paying attention to the field of psychological services, such as providing assistance and psychological services, and adapting centers and creating recreational sectors, will lead to an increase in psychological quality and ultimately the overall quality of services.
