Evaluation Organizational Dislocation of Educational Medical centers Tabriz
Abstract
Introduction:
Manpower is considered among the most important sources of hospital.
shortages and surpluses effective role in the quality of service provided to
patients. Hospitals due to communication with human, human health and
human services that provide vital and important, the employment of staff
and the development and maintenance of existing manpower is very
important and should be treated as gains from the programs and measures
to do this, including the employment of people with good jobs are to be
evaluation accurately. In this context, this study evaluation the
organizational dislocation of centers of Tabriz University of Medical
Sciences.
Materials and Methods:
This research is a cross sectional-descriptive study accomplished through
hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, was conducted in 2014.
Data was collected by the researcher with the assistance of hospital staff
personnel designed by checklists. Data was analyzed using SPSS, and Excel
software.
Results:
The results obtained from the evalua0on showed that a total of 9
hospitals, employees personal is 2960 and contract personal is 2274
people, from this amount of 5234 people , rate disloca0on obtained
403case (8%). The maximum rates of disloca0on related to Alavi and
Sohada hospital to 14% and minimum rates of disloca0on related to Sina
hospital to 1%.
Conclusion:
Overall, the hospitals of Tabriz faced with organizational dislocation and
dislocation-related posts, mainly in the health-treatment field is shown.
With proper planning and control, and apply best practices for apply fit
people in the fit posts be can achieved more efficiency and effectiveness of
Manpower.
