Investigating the Affective Factors On Graduate Graduated Reaserch Experience In Tabriz Faculty of Management And Medical

Abstract:
Introduction: Academic dessertations take a prominent role in researches and
science production in the country. Doing research dessertations is an
appropriate opportunity for a student to attain experience as researches. The
exploration of the related factors in terms of the Graduate Graduated
Reaserch Experience Tabriz Faculty of Management And Medical
Informatics can enhance the quality of this dessertations.
Methods: This study is descriptive ( cross). Study population are Graduate
Graduated Reaserch Experience Tabriz Faculty of Management And
Medical Informatics ( 79 students including 9 P.H.D degree graduated and
70 masters degree graduated ) who thesis written and defended from the
beginning of the year 1393 to the end year 1396. Data were collected using
standard Questionnaire in domains of Proposal approval, Supervisors/
Advisors, Infrastructure, Intellectual climate, Skills development, Clarification
Goals and standards, Thesis examination, Overall satisfaction, and Research
problems. The sampling was done by census method. 59 of 79 questionnaires
were completed. Data were analyzed through SPSS21 software in the
format of descriptive statistics ( Frequency, Percentage Frequency and Mean
).
Results: The results said graduate graduated's satisfaction of dimensions
including Skills development, Thesis examination, Clarification of Goals
and standards, Supervisors/ Advisors, Proposal approval, Intellectual climate
and Infrastructure were %60.9, %60.3, %59, %54.2, %41.81, %34.7 and
%33.9.Therefore, the satisfaction of Infrastructure was less than other
factors.
Conclisions: The results showed that the related least happiness with the
Infrastructure of the faculty was due to " University Financial Support " and
" ADSL Internet ". Anyway, it is imperative that university administrators
and authorities for all the affective factors on research experience, specially
Infrastructure pay special attention and take the necessary measures to
improve students' satisfaction from the thesis writing. If attention to these
factors is at the top of the agenda in higher education planning, the
motivation of individuals to continue their studies is increased, more quality
theses and articles are written and printed.
