Abstract
The goal of pregnancy care is to have a healthy baby and maternal satisfaction. There are several ways to assess the condition of the fetus during pregnancy. Fetal movement counting is the only way for a mother to use her fetus without the need for a physician and equipment. The fetal movements naturally vary from 4 to 100 movements per hour. Materials and Methods: This study aimed to reduce fetal movement in cases where the pregnant mother felt less than 10 times the fetal movement for two hours while resting and concentrated on counting. The sample collected in this study was available from all pregnant women who referred to Tabriz Alzahra Hospital with reduced fetal movement Results: In this study, 110 pregnant women over the age of 18 years were studied, with a mean age of 26.65 years, the youngest being 18 and the oldest age being 40 years they had. In this study, 99.1% of subjects had normal NST and 92.8% had eight of eight BPPs.
