In the term of knowledge significant differences were demonstrated in married (p= 0.019), M.Sc (p= 0.034) and employment experience (p= 0.001). However, there was a significant difference in the term of attitude in age (p = 0.014), employment experience (p = 0.034) and work experience (p = 0.275). Also, there was no significant relationship between perception and demographic variables (p>0.05). There was no significant relationship between perception and knowledge (p = 0.275), while the relationship between attitude and perceptions was significant (p = 0.016).
Conclusions: The results of this study showed that most of the nurses who participated in this study had a good knowledge and a low percentage of little knowledge. Nurses felt better job satisfaction and higher self-esteem than their professional role by implementing evolutionary care. In their view, the implementation of evolutionary care has given the baby more comfort and more evaluation possible.
