Abstract
Abstract: Introduction : In the third millennium, the advancement and development of or-ganizations and institutions depends on access to more accurate and better quality information, as well as the promotion of the level of knowledge, skills and desira-ble human resources. Meanwhile, the information explosion phenomenon is on the rise and human resource managers are often faced with a shortage of classified information, human resource information systems appear to be needed to maintain and improve the quality of information, The discretion of managers. Objectives: The purpose of this study is the status of situation of indicators of mental health and mental health information system in the primary health care and presenting a model for development of appropriate and up-to-date indicators in the primary health care .So with its implementation provide Col-lecting appropriate indexes and information for managerial and therapeutic decision Materials and Methods : This research is a descriptive-applied study that was carried out in the second half of 1296 for educational centers and hospitals affili-ated to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. According to the interview guide form, system software and policy, processes and business, and minimum data The system was reviewed and then the data architecture model was presented Findings : The strengths and weaknesses in the 21sub-axis and the opportunities and threats of the HRM system were identified in the sub- 5format. Conclusion : In the present study, a comprehensive model based on the in-formation needs of managers and managers in the area of human health is presented. In order to design the data architecture of the Human Resources In-formation Management System for Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, based on the goals of the existing subsystems, policies, processes, business functions and minimum data set, Given the strengths and weaknesses of the existing system, it is expected to improve and correct the weaknesses and use of existing opportunities, and ultimately, using this template, we can collect appropriate information so that it can be managed with the production of quality information.
