This study has tried to estimate number of needed personnel in School of Medical Sciences units with training unit processes by work and time measurement .Also paid to determine the factors affecting the estimation of workforce, determines the efficiency of staff training, the processes were taking place in the educational sector. Methods:
This study was a cross-sectional studies The population of the School of Medical Sciences, Tabriz. Collect data on direct observation and interview, using self-made forms and holding meetings, focus group discussions were conducted. To determine the validity, content validity and Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. For data analysis software was used to excel. Results: A total of 9 schools were examined.
