Translation and evaluation of face validity and reliability and producing the appication for St. Hans Rating Scale for extrapyramidal syndromes in Farsi language

Abstract
Extrapyramidal system or ophthalmic device is referred to parts of the central nervous system that are involved in motion control. Extralipyramidal complications are words that cause various types of acute and chronic motor disorders caused by medications. It explains. Antipsychotic drugs are currently the mainstay of schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders. But these drugs can be the cause of extraphyperamide symptoms. The Stan's Grading Scale (SHRS) is a multidimensional scale designed to quantify the severity of dystonia, Parkinsonism, Akathia, and Discuses caused by neuroleptic drugs. This tool is not yet available in Persian and is not used in Iran. Considering the importance of assessing the quality of life of patients with severe or chronic psychiatric disorders who need antipsychotics, the present study aims to translate and prepare the Persian version of SHRS and evaluate its validity and reliability, and finally, its software for use in the clinic The patient was provided. Materials and Methods: This study is a psychometric study, and the target population will be patients with psychiatric disorders that are treated with antipsychotics. This study was performed on 30 persons referring to the specialized psychiatric clinic of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and patients admitted to the Razi Educational Center. The patients were evaluated by the Persian version of Saint Hans's Rating Scale. The validity and reliability of this version of the case Was investigated. Results: Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were measured based on the obtained scores. For this questionnaire, the validity of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.999, which, due to its higher than that of the cutting line (0.7), the questionnaire Has a good narrative. Also, in the reliability of this questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.997 which is higher than the cut line and shows that this questionnaire has a good reliability. The mean scores obtained by the first psychiatrist in the first visit of the patients were 2.3. This mean was 2. 1 in the second visit. The mean scores of patients visited at first visit by the second psychiatric doctor and 2nd in the second visit were 2.3. The maximum score for both psychiatrists was 12 and at least 0.
