The Impact of Changing the Shockwave on the Rate of Spasticity Level Changing in Patients with Stroke

Abstract
Background and Purpose: spasticity is occur in damages upper motor neuron such as stroke and was adverse effects on quality of life and the emotional and economic burden to patients , the aim of this study was to systematically review the impact of the number of shock applied shock waves to reduce spasticity, might be able to considering the impact or lack of impact it will have a step towards improved outcomes. in put critrials: - Stroke patients with this condition are at least 9 months ago; the rate of spasticity in patients according to modified modified ashworth scale was 2/2 to 3/4 out put ciritrials: - use of botulinum and fenol; There cardiac pacemaker Methods: In this study, 20 patients in both groups were treated randomly.in which group one placebo section was applied that in placebo section the voice of shock wave was plaid for patients. then the first group received the shock wave with 4 HZ and 0/8 MJ/MM2 on tendon flexor muscles of the wrist and the second group received the same treatment with 0/03 MJ/MM2 . At the end two factors, the range of motion and modified modified ashworth scale between two groups were compared.
