evaluation of causes and outcomes of patients referred to Imam Reza Hospital pre and post medical care monitoring center

Abstract
One of the important pillars of treatment for patients, especially emergency patients, is the "proper organization of patient referral to specialist and advanced specialist centers", which is required by 24-hour emergency dispatch and the provincial or state health monitoring center in most of the world's most advanced centers. Or the area concerned. The result is avoiding the overload of patients in a specialized or unprofessional health center and the relative vacancy of other treatment centers. This is due to the experience of advanced countries only in the functional area of the Health Monitoring Center of Hedayat Headquarters which has not been such a scientific and strategic activity in our country and in our city for the past few months and by establishing and activating the Observatory, Provides guidance for treatment. MethodAnd materials: The sampling method was a static data collection method, in which all patients referred to the emergency department of Imam Reza Hospital whose information was recorded in the hospital archives. Findings: A total of 600 patients who were referred to the Emergency Hospital of Imam Khomeini Hospital during the year 1396 were evaluated. Findings As seen, 80% of patients are male and 20% of patients are as follows, It is evident that the average age of men was 38 and the average age of women was 40 years The majority of patients referring to Malekan and the least of them are from Harris and Charmakh.
