Breathing changes in 21 hours (P = 0.001), oxygen saturation ((P = 0.02), heart rate (P <0.001) were significant. Comparison the two groups, abdominal massage changes at 9, residual volume, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, bowel movements with the other groups were significantly different p <0.05)). Hours 21 changes in respiratory rate, heart rate and oxygen saturation, were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: effectiveness of abdominal massage during the majority of physiological parameters (respiration, heart rate and saturation), gastric residual volume and defecation was higher than the other two groups.
