Abstract

The experimental solubility data for 4-hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-3(2H)-furanone (DMHF) in binary (ethanol + water) solvent mixtures at various temperatures has been reanalyzed. Several additional points regarding the correlations were discussed. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
