مطالعه برون تنی هم سنگی اسپری های استنشاقی سالبوتامول تولید داخل با نمونه های خارجی

Abstract

مقدمه اسپری های استنشاقی (Metered Dose Inhalers) از جمله رایج ترین فراورده های استنشاقی موجود در بازار دارویی کشور می باشند. بتا اگونیست ها(2)، سریع الاثرترین و کم عارضه ترین نوع دارویی به کار رفته در اسپری های استنشاقی در درمان حملات ناگهانی آسم بوده که اسپری سالبوتامول سولفات یکی از پرمصرف ترین آنها است.همواره اثربخشی اسپری های تولید داخل در مقایسه با نمونه های خارجی مورد سوال پزشکان و بیماران است.هدفدر مطالعه حاضر کیفیت عملکردی (رفتار آئرودینامیکی) اسپری استنشاقی سالبوتامول تولید داخل با نمونه های خارجی بصورت برون تنی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.روش کار دراین مطالعه 2 نوع فراورده ایرانی (ونتالکس 100 میکروگرمی ساخت کارخانه سینادارو و سالبوترکس 100 میکروگرمی ساخت کارخانه جابرحیان) با فراورده خارجی رفرنس (Glaxo smith kline 100 میکروگرمی ساخت کارخانه Everux-France با 4 سری ساخت متفاوت) مقایسه شده اند. از هر نمونه ایرانی و خارجی 4 فراورده با سری ساخت (بچ) متفاوت که هر کدام 3 بار به دستگاه (NGI)Next Generation Impactor وارد شد و خصوصیات آیرودینامیکی (FPF، FPD، MMAD و GSD) هر کدام محاسبه شد. مقدار دارو با روش HPLC تعیین شد.نتایجنتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که فراورده برند بالا ترین شاخص های استنشاقی را دارا است ولی از نظر آماری شاخص های آیرودینامیکی بین نمونه های ایرانی و خارجی اختلاف معنی داری نداشتند.نتیجه گیریبا توجه به نتایج بدست آمده نتیجه گیری می شود که از نظر تکنولوژی ساخت می توان به اسپری های ساخت داخل اعتماد کرده و لزومی به صرف هزینه اضافی نسبت به خرید اسپری های سالبوتامول خارجی و تحمیل هزینه به بیمار نیست, Background Respiratory drug delivery systems have been attracted excessive attention for the past decades, due to the high rate of pulmonary diseases. Because of limitations and growing drug bill, physicians are encouraged to prescribe generically whenever possible. Inhalers (Metered Dose Inhalers), including the most popular products available in the pharmaceutical market countries are inhaled Salbutamol spray Sulfate one of the most consumed them. Always spray the effectiveness of domestic production compared with sample questions for doctors and patients. Purpose The aim of this study was to evaluate whether there was any significance difference in aerosolization performance between a reference brand Salbutamol (Ventolin®) (Glaxo Smith Kline Company, Everux, France) Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs) and two generic products (Ventalex®, Sina Daru Tehran, Iran and Salbutrex®, Jaber Ebne Hayyan, Tehran, Iran). MethodsIn this study, 3 samples of each product to the Next Generation Impactor was 3 times each and The aerosolization performance of MDIs was evaluated by calculating aerosolization indexes such as fine particle fraction (FPF), fine particle dose (FPD) mass median aerodynamic diameters (MMAD) and geometric standard deviation (GSD) using the next generation impactor. The drug content was determined by HPLC. ResultsAlthough aerosolization indexes of Ventolin® were superior than theIranian brands, but the differences were not statistically significant. ConclusionThe results confirmed that that generic MDIs deliver similar quantities of Salbutamol to the reference brand and aerosolization performance parameters of generic Salbutamol MDIs did not differ significantly from the reference brand.Based on these results we conclude that the technology can be used to spray inside trust and the need to spend extra money to buy salbutamol external costs is not the case.
