بررسی وضعیت رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای داروسازی در داروخانه ها و راهکارهای بهبود آن از دیدگاه دانشجویان و اساتید دانشکده داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز درسال 1394

Abstract

مقدمه تغییر و تحول داروسازی طی سالهای اخیر از نسخه پیچی ساده به سمت داروسازی جامعه نگر و ارائه ی مراقبت های دارویی به بیماران و از طرفی تجاری بودن طبیعت داروخانه ها موجب شده داروسازان حین انجام وظیفه ی حرفه ای خود در معرض چالش های اخلاقی مهمی قرار گیرند.هدف این پژوهش تلاش نمود تا وضعیت رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای داروسازی در داروخانه ها و چالش های اخلاقی موجود در این حوزه را بررسی و شناسایی کرده و راه حلهای لازم را ارائه نماید. روش کار پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی بود که به صورت مقطعی صورت گرفت. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد شده مربوط به رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه ای داروسازی در بین اساتید و دانشجویان داروسازی واجد شرایط دانشکده داروسازی تبریز (120 نفر) انجام یافت. آنالیز نهایی بر روی 93 پرسشنامه تکمیل شده صورت گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و آزمون T-Test مستقل از طریق نرم افزار SPSS 20 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.نتایج بطور متوسط 47/71 درصد اساتید و 55/75 درصد دانشجویان دلایلی مانند مسائل و مشکلات مادی، عدم تعریف دقیق و فرهنگ سازی درست در مورد جایگاه داروساز در جامعه، آموزش ناکافی مسائل اخلاقی در دانشگاه، پزشک سالاری نظام سلامت و اعطای هدایا به داروسازان از سوی شرکتهای دارویی را از عوامل مهم و تاثیر گذار در رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای در داروخانه ها مطرح نمودند. نتیجه گیری این مطالعه نشان داد برای بهبود وضعیت اخلاق حرفه ای در داروخانه ها بایستی مسائلی مانند آموزش اخلاق و نهادینه کردن آن در بین داروسازان، رفع مسائل و مشکلات مادی داروسازان، فرهنگ سازی در مورد جایگاه و وظایف داروساز در جامعه از سوی مسئولان نظام سلامت کشور مورد توجه ویژه قرار گیرند., Introduction The evolution of pharmacy in recent years from simple prescription to community oriented pharmacy and pharmaceutical care to patients, and because of the nature of the pharmacy business has caused pharmacists of their professional duty to be an important ethical challenges.Objective This study attempted to pharmacist in a pharmacy status of professional ethics and ethical challenges in this area will investigate and identify the challenges to provide the necessary solutions.Method This study was a cross-sectional study that was cross sectional. Collected data with using a standardized questionnaire relating to observe the pharmaceutical codes of professional ethics among eligible professors a students of Tabriz pharmacy faculty (120 person). The final analysis of the 93 completed questionnaire has done. Data using descriptive statistics index and independent T-test and were analyzed by SPSS 20 software. Results The abtained total score for any of ethical codes is more than half of total score which indicates average level of regarding to such ethical codes. By reviewing the questions with thmatic separation, it was determined that, there are defects in cases such as providing pharmaceutical consultation to patients, cansult and interact with phycician if necessary, delivery of non-OTC drugs to patiant without any prescription and acception of professeional responsibility among the pharmacists, and also averagely, 71.47 percent of professors and 75.55 percent of students declared reasons such as financial problems (lack of adequate salary and material benefits priority), lack of exact desenption and accurate cultivation on pharmacist position in health & society system, inadequate teaching in university, low awareness about ethical matters, physician primacy of health system, rewarding of pharmacetuical companies to pharmacists as the main factors influence on professional ethical consideration in drugstores.Conclusion to improve professional ethics and enhance the role of the pharmacist in the pharmacy duties in a professional, holistic and comprehensive management is demanded. this study showed for improvement of professional ethics in pharmacies to issues such as training and institutionalize ethics among pharmacists, solve pharmacist’s material problems, culture development about the status and duties of pharmacists in society from the officials health care system must be placed special attention.
