بررسی سهم بازار داروخانه های دولتی و خصوصی شهر تبریز در طی سالهای 88 تا92

Abstract

مقدمه یکی از موضوعات مهم در هدایت خدمت رسانی داروئی به مردم تنظیم بازار جهت دسترسی به موقع بیماران به داروهای مورد نیاز از طریق شبکه قانونی توزیع دارو با قیمت مقرر و رعایت عدالت است.هدف هدف از این مطالعه بررسی سهم بازار داروخانه های بخش خصوصی و بخش دولتی از جهت تناسب سهم درآمد در تهیه وتوزیع دارو با توجه به تقبل مسئولیت خدمات درمانی به بیماران است که درمدیریت بهینه تهیه و تدارک دارو توسط مسئولین داروئی سازمان های بهداشت و درمان میتواند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.روش‌ كار فرم های اطلاعات مورد نیاز طراحی شد و از طریق معاونت غذا و داروی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در اختیار شرکت های پخش قرار گرفت تا میزان فروش هر شرکت به داروخانه های سطح شهر تبریز به صورت ریالی محاسبه شود.همچنین فرمی در اختیار سازمان بیمه سلامت ایران قرار گرفت تا میزان مطالبات داروخانه های مختلف اعم از داروخانه های بیمارستانی و سرپایی دولتی و خصوصی گردآوری شود.یافته‌ها بر اساس اطلاعات بدست آمده میزان سهم بازار داروخانه های بخش دولتی در شهر تبریز به طور میانگین به ازای هر واحد داروخانه، بر حسب میزان خرید 316/3% و بر حسب میزان مطالبات 44/3% می باشد. این آمار برای داروخانه های خصوصی به ترتیب 18/0 % و 34/0% و برای بخش تعاونی نیز 2% و 51/3% می باشد.نتیجه‌‌گیری نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میزان سهم بازار داروخانه های بخش دولتی در شهر تبریز به طور میانگین بیشتر از میزان سهم بازار کسب شده توسط بخش خصوصی و تعاونی می باشد که این امر نشان دهنده توزیع نامناسب دارو در شهر تبریز هست.همچنین دسترسی به موقع بیماران به داروهای مورد نیاز از طریق شبکه قانونی توزیع دارو وبا قیمت مقرر نیز مشکل میگردد., Background One of the most important topics in drug dispensing to patients is market regulation for well-timed access to the medicines they need through legal drug distribution network with the price allowed. in this field, public and private pharmacies market share Adjustment is very important.Aim The aim of this study was to evaluate the pharmacy market share of the private sector and the public sector in terms of the proportion of revenue share in producing and distributing of drugs. This can be used in management optimization of drug supply by Health organizations.Methods Questionary Forms were completed by Pharmaceutical Distribution Companies through the help of Food and Drug vice chanceller of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Sales of each company to pharmacies in city of Tabriz was calculated. As well as Data was obtained by Iran Health Insurance Organization,Then The demands of different outpatient and hospital public and private pharmacies were collected.Result The various public and private pharmacies buy information received from companies and The demands of different public and private pharmacies was collected from Iran Health Insurance Organization. Based on information obtained from drug sales broadcasting companies between years 88-92, The share of public sector and private sector on average was calculated 47/8% and 51/4%. Based on information obtained from the demands of Iran Health Insurance Organization between years 88-92, The share of public sector and private sector on average was calculated 49/8% and 48/8%.Conclusion The results showed that the market share of public pharmacies in the city of Tabriz is far more than the private pharmacies Which reflects the unequal distribution of medication in the city of Tabriz.
