مطالعه ارتباط سطح پلاسمایی تورین با آنمی ناشی از فقر آهن

Abstract

آنمی ناشی از فقر آهن، یک نوع آنمی شایع در میان تمام سنین می باشد، که عوارض زیادی دارد و هزینه‌های زیادی به دنبال دارد. تورین یک نوع اسید آمینه می باشد که دارای خواص ضد التهابی و آنتی اکسیدانی است.هدفهدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر؛ بررسی سطح پلاسمایی تورین و ارتباط آن با آنمی ناشی از فقر آهن می باشد.مواد و روشهادر یک مطالعه مورد-شاهدی، 100 نفر از بیماران همراه با آنمی فقر آهن و 100 نفر از افراد همراه با پروفایل طبیعی آهن که به آزمایشگاه دانش 2 مراجعه کرده بودند، به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. سن، جنس، سابقه آنمی، بیماری‌های همراه، پروفایل آهن، شمارش كامل سلول‌های خونی، توسط آزمایشگاه دانش 2 و سطح پلاسمایی تورین به روش کراماتوگرافی با کارایی بالا (HPLC) در آزمایشگاه مرکزی دانشکده ی داروسازی اندازه گیری، و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایجسطح پلاسمایی تورین در گروه مبتلا به آنمی فقر آهن mg/L0/8±0/6 و در گروه شاهد mg/L2/0±7/8 بود. سطح پلاسمایی تورین در گروه شاهد، به میزان معنی داری بالاتر از گروه مورد بود(P<0.0001). میانیگین سطح هموگلوبین در گروه مورد g/dl24/1±74/10، و در گروه کنترل g/dl32/2±72/14 بود. میزان هموگلوبین در گروه مورد (R2=0.690, P=0.120) و در گروه شاهد (R2=0.550, P=0.212) با سطح پلاسمایی تورین ارتباط داشت، اما این ارتباط از لحاظ آماری معنی دار نبود. نتیجه‌گیریبر اساس نتایج حاصل از مطالعه حاضر، به نظر میرسد تورین در پیشگیری و درمان آنمی ناشی ار فقر آهن موثر می باشد و استفاده از منابع غنی تورین در تغذیه روزانه سبب کاهش بروز آنمی ناشی از فقر آهن و عوارض ناشی از آن می شود., Introduction Anemia is a pathologic condition in which the concentration of hemoglobin (HB) in blood is lower than normal limit. Iron Deficiency Anemia (IDA) is a kind of common anemia in all ages with many complications and Lids and high costs. Taurine is an amino acid that has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.Previous studies have shown significant relationship between plasma taurine concentration and IDA.Aim The aim of present study is to evaluate of correlation between plasma concentration of Taurine and IDA.Methods & Materials In a case-control study, 100 patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and 100 individuals who referred to Danesh II Laboratory for blood testing were selected randomly and studied. Age, sex, gender,back ground dieases,anemia past medical history, iron profile (iron, ferritin, TIBC), complete blood count (CBC), plasma level of Taurine with method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were checked and evaluated. Results Mean level of Taurine in plasma in IDA and control group were 6±0.8 mg/L&8.7±0.2 mg/L respectively. Taurine level in control group was significantly higher than IDA group (P<0.0001).Mean hemoglobin level of individualsin IDA and control group were 10.74±1.24&14.72±2.32 g/dl respectively. Mean hemoglobin in IDA group (R2=0.690, P=0.120) and control group (R2=0.550, P=0.212) were correlated with level of Taurine in plasma, but these correlation were not statisticallysignificant.Conclusion Based on findings of present study, it seems that Taurine is effective in prevention and treatment of IDA and using rich sources of Taurine in daily nutrition causes of decrease in IDA incidence and its complications.
