مطالعه میزان شیوع و علل اعتیاد به انواع مواد مخدر در دو شهرستان مرزی غرب ایران

Abstract

با پیشرفت علم زندگی اجتماعی انسانها نیز هر روز پیچیده تر می شود و رشد جوامع بشری در كنار بهره مندی انسانها از بسیاری از امكانات زندگی، بیماریهای تازه ای را برای بشر به ارمغان آورده است. اگر چه بشر امروز توانسته به كمك علم و تكنولوژی بسیاری از بیماریهای جسمی مثل آبله، فلج اطفال و. . . را ریشه كن كند اما انواع مشكلات روانی از جمله بلای خانمان سوز اعتیاد سر راه بهداشت و سلامت انسانها قرار گرفته است. هدف مطالعه میزان شیوع و علل اعتیاد به انواع مواد مخدر در دو شهرستان مرزی غرب ایران است تا بتوانیم با انواع مواد مخدر مصرفی در این دو شهرستان آشنا شویم و با شناخت بهتر عوامل و زمینه های گرایش جوانان به اعتیاد را شناسایی کنیم. روش کار پرسشنامه ای بصورت مجموع سوالات چند گزینه ای طراحی كردیم. این پرسشنامه ها را بصورت حضوری و از طریق مصاحبه با 300 نفر ازمعتادان مراجعه کننده به کلینیک‌های تحت درمان دو شهرستان مرزی غرب کشور بصورت انفرادی پر كردیم. ونتایج را بعد از تجزیه وتحلیل آماری با نرم افزار SPSS نمودار داده ها را درExel رسم کردیم. نتایج در این مطالعه از بین 300 نفر نمونه (150 نفر از شهرستان پیرانشهر و 150 نفر از سردشت) در شهر پیرانشهرگروه سنی 31تا35 سال با 33/45% بیشترین آمار ودر شهرستان سردشت نیز گروه 31 تا 35 سال با درصد 33/ 29بیشترین آمار را به خود اختصاص داد. از مجموع 300 نفر بررسی شده بیشترین ماده مصرفی در شهرستان پیرانشهر شیشه میباشد (33/33%). ودر شهرستان سردشت نیز بیشترین ماده مصرفی شیشه (40%) می باشد. نتیجه گیری بطور كلی در این تحقیق مشاهده كردیم كه عواملی از قبیل معاشرت با دوستان معتاد، كنجكاوی، پایین بودن سطح سواد، نابسامانی خانوادگی، بیكاری و نبود تفریحات سالم، پایین بودن اعتماد به نفس در امر اعتیاد تاثیرگذار است. , Introduction Along with the development in technology and knowledge, human’s social life is getting intricate. Despite benefits on socioeconomics and amelioration of life facilities, these have brought many novel problems such as new diseases. At the present time, human has been able to conquer many problems including eradicate many diseases such as smallpox, polio, and etc. However, there are many other obstacles on the way of reaching a pleasing health. Drug addiction and consequently some untreatable diseases like HIV and hepatitis C are example of these obstacles. Aim of the study The aim of this investigation was study of prevalence and reasons for drug addiction in two towns of western border of Iran in order to better understanding the type of drug abuse in two towns and reasons for the tendency of people particularly the young population to drug abuse and decision improved methods for fighting the enormous and disastrous problems. Methods Three hundred drug addicted were interviewed in Piranshahr and Sardasht and data were analyzed by Chi square using SPSS and Exel software packages. Results The results showed the prevalence of addiction in the city of Piranshahr and Sardasht and helped to identify factors affecting the issue. In this study between 300 samples (150 from the city of Piranshahr and 150 of Sardasht) in Piranshahr the age group 31 to 35 years, with 33. 33%, and in Sardasht city also group 31 to 35 years with 29. 33%, had the highest rate. . In Sardasht the most used drug is crystal meth (40%). Conclusion The outcome showed that the factors e. g. friendship with addicted friends and offenders, curiosity few knowledge, family problems, crowded family, poverty, unemployment, and lack of self confidence could lead one to drug addiction.
