ارزیابی مورفودینامیک شریان ورتبرال با سونوگرافی داپلر رنگی در افراد مسن سالم

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine normal amount of hemodynamic parameters in vertebral arteries of old aged individuals. For doing so,100 individuals more than 60 years referred to radiology ward in Tabriz Emman Reaza hospital and no.2 sonography clinic center of Tabriz university of medical sciences because of other reasons and without brain cohort diseases were selected and following parameters were investigated with Color Doppler sonography: peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity /vascular resistance index/vertebral arteries diameter/resistance index/ mean velocity.In this descriptive study we used SPSS18 softwere for statistical analysis. 70 men and 30 women were investigated.Right vertebral artery diameter was 3.24mm and left was 3.44mm.the diameter of left vertebral arteries was higher than right. the difference of means was significant (p=0.036). PSV2 was36.39 cm/s in the right side and it was 34.50 cm/s in the left and there was no significant difference.RI was 0.74 in the right vertebral artery and it was 0.70 in the left and as a result the resistance of right is higher than left(p=0.000). MV2 was15.2 cm/s in the right side and it was 16.58 cm/s in the left. the difference of means was significant (p=0.037). EDV2 was8.63cm/s in the right side and it was10.43cm/s in the left. the difference of means was significant (p=0.002). PI was1.73 in the right hand and it was1.55 in the left. The difference of means was significant (p=0.000). The origin of vertebral artery in right side and left was observable in %86 and %60 cases respectively. In these individuals PSV was measured in the mentioned location by average of 39.97 cm/s it was 34.50 in second section of vertebral artery.the difference of means was significant (p=0/002) . EDV1 was8.66 cm/s in the right side and it was10.7 cm/s in the left. the difference of means was significant (p=0.000). PI1 was1.76 in the right hand and it was1.54 in the left.the difference of means was significant (p=0.000)., هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین مقادیر نرمال پارامترهای همودینامیک در شرایین ورتبرال افراد مسن می باشد. دراین بررسی 100نفر ازافراد بالای 60 سال که به علت دیگری به بیمارستان امام رضا وکلینیک تخصصی شماره2دانشگاه تبریز مراجعه کرده و بدون بیماری های واضح عروق مغزی بودند انتخاب شدند وپس ازکسب رضایت اگاهانه پارامترهای زیر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت: حداکثر سرعت سیستولی/ سرعت انتهای دیاستولی/اندکس مقاومت عروقی/ قطر شرایین ورتبرال/اندکس مقاومتی/متوسط سرعت‌این مطالعه به صورت مطالعه توصیفی بوده وجهت آنالیز از نرم افزارSPSS 18استفاده گردید. 70 نفر مرد و30 نفر زن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. قطر ورتبرال راست 3.24 میلیمتر وچپ 3.44 میلیمتر بود که قطرشریان چپ از راست بیشتر بوده وتفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد..p=0.036 در طرف راست PSV2 36.39 سانتیمتر بر ثانیه ودرچپ 34.50 سانتیمتر بر ثانیه بود واختلاف معناداری رویت نشد.RI در ورتبرال راست 0.74 و درچپ 0.70 بوده در نتیجه مقاومت در سمت راست بیشتر از چپ می باشد.(p=0.000) MV2سمت راست2/15وسمت چپ58/16بوده که تفاوت معنی داراست(P=0/037).EDV2 درسمت راست 63/8 ودر چپ 43/10 میباشد که معنی دار است(P=0/002). PIراست73/1وچپ55/1 میباشد که معنی دار است(P=0/000).مبداء شریان ورتبرال در طرف راست در 86% موارد و درچپ در 60% افراد قابل بررسی و مشاهده بود. دراین افراد PSV در محل فوق اندازه گیری شد که متوسط آن 39.97 cm/sبود که در مقایسه با PSV2 که 34.50 cm/s است بیشتر بوده و این اختلاف سرعت معنی داراست(P=0/002).EDV1 درراست66/8 ودرچپ7/10 میباشد که معنی دار است. PI راست76/1و چپ54/1 میباشد که تفاوت معنی دار است(P=0/000).
