مرگ های ناشی از حوادث شغلی در تبریز

Abstract
we designed a study to evaluate the deaths caused by occupational trauma in Tabriz. In a cross sectional-descriptive study we studied all the cases of occupational mortalities reffering to Tabriz forensic medicine center ,Labor institute and Imam reza and Sina hospital from March 2011 to March 2012.We studied the age, gender, type of work, time of occupational accident, experience of work and permanent or temporary jobs for all the cases.at last we analysed all the documented data. of 32 studied cases 30 of them(93.8%) was male and 2(6.3%) was female, the type of the job was in 13 cases(40.6%) structural,5(15.6%) industrial,5(15.6%) agricultural,6(18.6%) office works and 3(9.4%) other works.in 20 (62.5%) the job was seasonal and in 12 cases(37.5%) job was permanent.15% of injuries that leaded to death was in spring,40.6% was in summer,34.4% was in autumn and 9.4% in winter..87.5% of injuries was in morning shifts and 12.5 % was in evening shifts.The cause of injury in 71.9% was not using the safety wares,84.4% of not adequate attention in job and 18.8 % was not using the appropriate wares.the mean age of the cases was 44/016.29 years which majority of that(31.3%) was under 30 years of old. Results: of 32 studied cases 30 of them(93.8%) was male and 2(6.3%) was female, the type of the job was in 13 cases(40.6%) structural,5(15.6%) industrial,5(15.6%) agricultural,6(18.6%) office works and 3(9.4%) other works.in 20 (62.5%) the job was seasonal and in 12 cases(37.5%) job was permanent.15% of injuries that leaded to death was in spring,40.6% was in summer,34.4% was in autumn and 9.4% in winter..87.5% of injuries was in morning shifts and 12.5 % was in evening shifts.The cause of injury in 71.9% was not using the safety wares,84.4% of not adequate attention in job and 18.8 % was not using the appropriate wares.the mean age of the cases was 44/016.29 years which majority of that(31.3%) was under 30 years of old., بر آن شدیم تا مطالعه ای را برای بررسی مرگ های ناشی از حوادث شغلی در سال 1390 در تبریز انجام دهیم. در یک مطالعه مقطعی-توصیفی، تمامی موارد مرگ ناشی از حوادث شغلی که به پزشکی قانونی شهر تبریز ، اداره کار، بیمارستان های امام رضا و سینا از اول فروردین 90 تا اول فروردین 91 گزارش یا ارجاع می شوند را مورد بررسی قراردادیم سن، جنس ،نوع شغل ، زمان حادثه (روز یا شب) ،سابقه کاری فرد ،دائمی یا موقتی بودن شغل ،برای تمام بیماران ثبت گردیده و مورد آنالیز آماری قرار گرفت.از بین 32 مورد بررسی شده 30 نفر(8/93%) مرد و 2 نفر(3/6) زن بوده اند،نوع شغل در 13 مورد( 6/40 درصد )ساختمانی،5 مورد( 6/15 درصد) صنعتی،5 مورد( 6/15 درصد) کشاورزی،6 مورد( 8/18 درصد) اداری و3 مورد( 4/9 درصد) سایر موارد است. در 20 مورد(5/62درصد) شغل فصلی ودر 12مورد( 5/37 درصد) دایمی بوده است. 15 درصد آسیبها در فصل بهار، 6/40 درصد در تابستان، 4/34 درصد پاییز و 4/9 درصد در زمستان است. 5/87 درصدآسیی ها درشیفت صبح و 5/12 درصد در شیفت شب است.علل آسیی در 9/71 درصد موارد عدم استفاده از وسایی امنیییی 4/84 درصد عدم دقت در کار و 8/18 درصد عدم استفاده از وسایی مناسب است. میینگیی سن آسیی هاییمنجر به فوت برابر 29/160/44سال مییباشد کک اککر آن(3/31درصد) در سن زیی 30 سال اتفاق افتاده است.
