بررسی تاثیر مولاژ معلم ساخته درآموزش مهارت کریکوتیروتومی در دستیاران تخصصی طب اورژانس

Abstract

هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تاثیر مولاژ معلم ساخته درآموزش مهارت کریکوتیروتومی در دستیاران تخصصی طب اورژانس می باشد.دراین مطالعه تمام دستیاران رشته تخصصی طب اورژانس به مطالعه دعوت گردیدند .پس از اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج ازمطالعه تمامی دستیاران ابتدا توسط فرم DOPS براساس دستورالعمل ACS اقدام به کریکوتیروتومی بر روی مولاژ commercial موجود در واحد skill lab دانشکده پزشکی نموده و نمره آنها ثبت گردید. سپس کریکوتیروتومی به روش جراحی بررویteacher made molage آموزش و این مولاژ جهت تمرین در اختیاردستیاران قرارگرفت. پس از برگزاری کلاس آموزشی و تمرین بر روی مولاژ استادساز، مجددا تمامی دستیاران روی مولاژCommercial موجود در واحدSkill lab دانشکده پزشکیاقدام به کریکوتیروتومی نموده ونمره آنان ثبت گردید.در مطالعه حاضر تعداد 31 نفر از دستیاران طب اورژانس وارد مطالعه شدند که 8 نفر از آنان به دلیل عدم تکمیل تمامی مراحل پژوهش و یا انصراف از ادامه همکاری، از مطالعه خارج شده و در نهایت 23 نفر مورد پژوهش قرار گرفتند.میانگین±انحراف معیار سنی دستیاران مورد بررسی 57/3±91/35 سال بود که بیشترین سن افراد مورد مطالعه 42 سال و کمترین سن بیماران مورد مطالعه 28 سال بود.همچنین در نتایج بدست آمده برای مقایسه مدت زمان انجام کریکوتیروتومی تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین مدت زمان انجام کریکوتیروتومی درقبل و بعد از آموزش مشاهده شد(p-value=0.006)، به طوریکه دستیاران مورد بررسی در میانگین کاهش زمان 46 ثانیه ای را دارا بودند و این کاهش مدت زمان تا 1 دقیقه و سی ثانیه نیز گزارش شد., Nowadays, simulation of clinical environment in medical education system (Simulation based learning) has led to a huge revolution in the quality of education and increase the safety of educator, patient and patient. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the effect of teacher-made lungs in teaching cricothyrotomy skills in emergency medical specialist's residents.:In this pre-post study, all faculty members of emergency medicine specialty were invited to study. After conducting an educational and training class for assistants on a teacher in coordination with the Skill Lab unit of the medical school, all emergency medical assistants were again assigned a cricothyrotomy to the commercial molasses of the Skill Lab unit at the Faculty of Medicine under the form of DOPS and based on the ACS instruction.
