میزان آگاهی اینترن ها از واکسیناسیون دیفتری کزاز در بیماران ترومایی: مطالعه بر پایه پرسشنامه

Abstract

هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی میزان آگاهی اینترن های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز از واکسیناسیون کزاز در بیماران ترومایی می باشد.اینترن های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز شامل اینترن های دانشگاه سراسری(148نفر)، پردیس بین المللی ارس (33نفر) و آزاد (69 نفر) وارد مطالعه شدند. افرادی که تمایل به شرکت در مطالعه نداشتند و اینترن های کشیک از مطالعه حذف شدند. درنهایت 250 اینترن در یک سالن کنفرانس جمع شده و یک پرسشنامه ی 10 سوالی به صورت موارد فرضی تروما در اختیار اینترن ها قرار گرفت. پاسخ صحیح و غلط به هر سوال و سن و جنس شرکت کنندگان مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.در اکثر سوالات میزان پاسخ صحیح بین اینترن ها بسیار پایین بود. به طوری که تنها در 3 سوال تعداد افراد دارای پاسخ صحیح بیش تر از نصف افراد شرکت کننده بود. هم چنین در 5 سوال درصد پاسخ صحیح کمتر از 20 درصد محاسبه شد. بیش ترین نسبت پاسخ صحیح مربوط به سوال 10 با 67.2 درصد و پس از آن مربوط به سوالات 1 و 2 به ترتیب با 59.2 درصد و 50.8 درصد محاسبه گردید. از لحاظ نمره ی کل آزمون همه ی افراد شرکت کننده تعداد پاسخ صحیح 7 یا کم تر داشته اند. آنالیز این نتایج بین دو جنس تفاوت معنیداری را از نظر تعداد پاسخ صحیح کل و هم چنین درصد پاسخ گویی به هر سوال نشان نداد. به علاوه سن نیز به عنوان یک متغیر دخیل در نمره ی کل افراد شرکت کننده نشان داده نشد., The aim of this study is to evaluate the knowledge of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences interns about tetanus vaccination in patients with trauma.All interns of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences entered the study. People who did not want to participate in the study and interns who are sentinel excluded from the study. Eventually, 250 interns gathered in a conference hall, and a questionnaire of 10 questions was presented to internets as a hypothetical traumatic event. Correct and incorrect answers to each question, age and gender were analyzed. In most questions, the correct response rate between the Interns was very low. In just three questions, the number of people with the correct answer was more than half the number of participants. Also, in 5 questions, the correct answer was less than 20 percent. The highest proportion of the correct answer to Question 10 was 67.2% and then to Questions 1 and 2, respectively, with 59.2% and 50.8%, respectively. In terms of the total score of all participants, the number of correct answers was 7 or less. Analysis of these results between the two sexes did not show a significant difference in the number of correct answers as well as the percentage response to each question. Additionally, age was not indicated as a variable involved in the total score of the participants.
