بررسی سطح آنتی بادیهای IgG و IgM ضدتوكسوپلاسما گوندی در اهداءکنندگان خون سازمان انتقال خون تبریز با استفاده از روش کمی لومینسانس (CLIA

Abstract

در این مطالعه بررسی سرولوژیکی عفونت انگل توکسوپلاسما بر روی افرادی که به منظور اهدائ خون به سازمان انتقال خون تبریز مراجعه کردند انجام گرفته است.در این مطالعه سرم 194 نفر از اهداء کنندگان خون در سازمان انتقال خون تبریز در بهار سال 1393 به طور تصادفی انتخاب و با استفاده از روش کمی لومینسانس عیار آنتی بادی IgG وIgM ضد تکسو پلاسما را اندازه گرفته شد .طبق نتایج بدست آمده در آزمایش کمینو لومینسانس از مجموع 194 نفر که 188 نفر آنان مرد و 6 نفر آنان زن بودند که در مجموع 73 نفرIgG مثبت بوده (37/62 % ) و 2 نفر از نظر IgG بوردرلاین بودن (1/03%) و از نظر IgM تنها 2 نفر بوردرلاین بودن (1/03%) . , Toxoplasma gondii is an obligate intracellular parasite that almost is infected a third of world’s population. In people with immune deficiency diseases and pregnant women, toxoplasmosis can cause irreversible and serious effects in these people and infants. Blood transfusion is one of the important ways of parasite transmission and because of the increased immune deficiency diseases and the symptoms and damages of this parasite in these people and according to this point of view that checking of this parasite is not a part of the screening tests in Iranian Blood Transfusion Organization this study becomes raise and prominent. This study becomes prominent because of the high prevalence of toxoplasmosis in Iran and documents about the effect of toxoplasma gondii on the immune deficiency diseases and according to this parasite symptoms and harms in these people that a serological survey of toxoplasmosis parasite infection has been done on the individuals who refer to Tabriz Blood Transfusion Center to donate blood. In this study, 194 blood donors serum randomly was selected in Tabriz Blood Transfusion Organization in the April & June2014 and anti-toxoplasma IgM, IgG antibody titers was measured by chemiluminescence method. According to the obtained results in chemiluminescence test from a total of 194 person that 188 person were men and 6 of them were women, overall 73 were with positive IgG (37.62 %) and 2 of them were borderline in terms of IgG (1.03%) and no one had positive IgM and just 2 were borderline (1.03%).
