ارتباط بین شدت زخم پای دیابتی با سطح هموگلوبین A1c

Abstract

در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی ارتباط بین شدت زخم پای دیابتی با سطح A1c پرداختهشده است. نوع مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی است و از بین کلیه بیماران بستری شده در مرکز آموزشی درمانی امام رضا و سینا تبریز بین سالهای 1390 تا 1394، 200 بیمار به صورت تصادفی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته اند به طوری که اطلاعات آنها با تشخیص زخم پای دیابتی به سیستم اطلاعاتی بیمارستان وارد شده بود. ارتباط بین شدت زخم پای دیابتی و هموگلوبین A1c با استفاده ازاطلاعات مربوط به این بیماران و با بهره مندی از روش های آماری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.در میان 65 بیماری که زخم پای دیابتی درجه دو داشتند میانگین هموگلوبین A1c در حد 78/8 با انحراف معیار 05/2، در میان 65 بیمار با زخم درجه سه، میانگین هموگلوبین A1c در حد 50/9 با انحراف معیار 98/1، در میان 64 بیمار با زخم درجه چهار، میانگین هموگلوبین A1c در حد 29/9 با انحراف معیار 30/2 و در میان 6 بیمار با زخم درجه پنج، میانگین هموگلوبین A1c در حد 85/8 با انحراف معیار 75/1 داشتند. بین درجه زخم و هموگلوبین A1c ارتباط معنی داری وجود نداشت و مقدار P، 243/0 محاسبه گردید. از نظر ضریب همبستگی بین درجه زخم پای دیابتی و هموگلوبین A1c نیز 097/0 محاسبه گردید که نزدیک صفر بود. , In this study, we analyze the relationship between HA1c and severity of diabetic foot ulcer. This study is a qualitative-analytical research. In this study, we randomly select 200 patient who were hospitalized in the Imam Reza and Sina hospitals between 2012 and 2016. These patient were diagnosed based on the symptoms of foot ulcer. The information about the patients stored in the Information database of the hospitals. Relationship between HA1c and severity of diabetic foot ulcer is analyzed according to the information about the patients and also by using the statistical methods. The mean of the HA1c was 8.78 with the standard deviation of 2.05, among 65 patients who had second grade of diabetic foot ulcer. The mean of the HA1c was 9.50 with the standard deviation of 1.98, among 65 patients who had third grade of diabetic foot ulcer. The mean of the HA1c was 9.29 with the standard deviation of 2.30, among 64 patients who had fourth grade of diabetic foot ulcer. The mean of the HA1c was 8.85 with the standard deviation of 1.75, among 6 patients who had fifth grade of diabetic foot ulcer. Based on the result of statistical analysis, there is not any significant relationship between HA1c and severity of diabetic foot ulcer. The P-value is 0.243 and the correlation between Ha1c and severity of diabetic foot ulcer is 0.097 which is close to zero and it doesn’t show any correlation.
