ارزش پیشگویی كنندگی مساحت شكستگی فرورونده جمجمه در تشخیص پارگی دورمر در بیماران با ترومای مغزی

Abstract

هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی ارزش پیشگویی كنندگی مساحت شكستگی فرورونده جمجمه در تشخیص پارگی دورمر در بیماران با ترومای مغزی می باشد. این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی-توصیفی بودهبر روی 40بیمارکه از اردیبهشت سال 95 تا اردیبهشت سال 96 دچار شکستگی فرورونده شده ودر بخش ترومای مغز مرکز آموزشی درمانی امام رضاپذیرش شده اند و کاندبد عمل جراحی می باشندوارد مطالعه شدند.نتایج به دست آمده توسط نرم افزار SPSS(ver.18) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.از 40 بیمار مورد مطالعه،از نظر جنسی 5 نفر(12.5%) زن و 35 نفر (87.5%) مرد بودند.در بررسی ارتباط علائم عمومی و مساحت شکستگی فرورونده، ارتباط علائم عمومی و پارگی دورمر، ارتباط جنسیت و پارگی دورمر، مشخص شد که رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد.بررسی مساحت شکستگی فرورونده و پارگی دورمر نقطه مرزی (کات آف پوینت) و مساحت پیش بینی کننده پارگی دورمر 6.9 سانتیمتر مربع مشخص شد., The aim of this study is to evaluate predictive value of skull depressed fracture area and dural tearing in diagnosis of patients with Traumatic Brain Injury This cross-sectional study was performed on 40 patients who had been diagnosed with depreesed fractures and admitted in trauma wardin Imam Reza Educational Center since April 2016 to April 2017. The results were analyzed by SPSS (ver.18) software. From 40 patients patients, 5 (12.5%) were female and 35 (87.5%) were male. The relationship between the general symptoms and the area of the fissure fracture, the relationship between general symptoms and rupture of the dura, sex, and rupture of the dwarf showed that there was a significant relationship. The study of the area of the fissure fracture and the rupture of the point of the frontier (cutoff point) and the predicted area of the rupture was 6.9 centimeters.
