بررسی میزان اطلاعات بیماران مصرف كننده ی وارفارین در مورد این دارو در اندیكاسیون های مختلف

Abstract

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی میزان آگاهی بیماران مصرف کننده وارفارین در مورد این دارو در اندیکاسیون های مختلف است.پرسشنامه ای میان بیماران دریافت کننده وارفارین با اندیکاسیون های مختلف توزیع شد و با استفاده ازاین پرسشنامه ارزیابی دانش آنتی کواگولانت، که توسط دکتر بریگز و همکاران در سال 2005 تنظیم شده است میزان آگاهی بیماران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جمع آوری بیماران از کلینیک قلب و عروق بیمارستان شهید مدنی و کلینیک شیخ الرئیس از میان بیماران مصرف کننده وارفارین در سال 1395 انجام شد. در این مطالعه 150 بیمار مورد بررس قرار گرفتند. میانگین سن بیماران در این مطالعه 77/16± 87/58 سال است. عمده ترین علت تجویز وارفارین DVT/PTE و سپس تعویض دریچه قلبی بود. میانگین میزان INRبیماران دراین مطالعه 82 /0±10/ 2میانگین میزانPTبیماران04/6± 91/19 می باشد. میانگین امتیاز پاسخ های بیماران به سوالات از 29 امتیازبرابربا 69/6 ± 02/10 امتیازبودکه مجموعا 12 نفر ( 8 درصد ) نمره قبولی را کسب کردند. بین امتیاز بدست آمده از پاسخ دهی به سوالات و سطح تحصیلات بیماران رابطه ای معنی دار وجود داشت(P < 0/001 ) ،بین محل سکونت بیماران و امتیاز بدست آمده از پاسخگویی به سوالات رابطه ای معنی دار وجود داشت( P = 0/002 )،بین مدت زمان مصرف وارفارین و امتیاز بدست آمده از پاسخگویی به سوالات رابطه ای معنی دار وجو د داشت( P = 0/001 )، اما بین اندیکاسیون تجویز وارفارین و میزان آگاهی بیماران در این مطالعه ارتباط معنی داری وجود نداشت ( P = 0/073 )، با این حال سطح آگاهی بیماران با دریچه مصنوعی و روماتیسم قلبی نسبت به سایر بیماران بالاتر بود., The aim of this study was to evaluate the awareness of warfarin users in this indication in various indications. among patients who received warfarin with different indications. The knowledge of patients was evaluated using the Anti-Coagulant Knowledge Evaluation Questionnaire, set up by Dr. Briggs et al. In 2005. Patients gathered from the Cardiology and Cardiology Clinic of Martyr Madani Hospital and Sheikh Al-Raisi Clinic from patients with warfarin users in 2016. In this study, 150 patients were studied. The average age of patients in this study was 58.873 ± 16.772 years. The main reason for the administration of warfarin DVT / PTE and then the replacement of the heart valve was. The mean INR of patients in this study was 2.10 ± 0.823 and the mean of PT rate was 19.912 ± 6.407. The average rating of patients' responses to questions from 29 points was 10.023 ± 6.696, with a total of 12 (8%) passed. There was a significant relationship between the score obtained from answering the questions and the level of education of the patients (P <0.001), there was a significant relationship between the place of residence of the patients and the score obtained from answering the questions (P = 0 / 002), there was a significant relationship between the duration of use of warfarin and the score obtained from answering questions (P = 0.001), but there was no significant relationship between the indication of warfarin administration and the level of knowledge of patients in this study (P = 0/073), however, the level of awareness of patients with artificial valve and rheumatoid arthritis was higher than other patients.
