تبیین تجربیات بیماران از مراقبت های مراحل آخر زندگی (EOL)- مطالعه کیفی با رویکرد پدیدار شناختی

Abstract

مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین تجربیات بیماران از مراقبت‌های مراحل آخر زندگی انجام شد.مطالعه حاضر از نوع کیفی با رویکرد پدیدار شناختی روی بیماران مراحل پایان زندگی بستری در بیمارستان‌های شهید قاضی، رازی و کودکان و کلینیک درد بیمارستان امام رضای تبریز انجام شد. در این مطالعه از روش پدیدار شناسی بنر استفاده شد. جمع آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه با هدایتگری مصاحبه‌گر و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش کلایزری استفاده شد.در این مطالعه 25 بیمار و بستگان آن‌ها مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. از یافته‌های این مطالعه 7 موضوع اصلی و 28 موضوع فرعی شامل 1- کوتاهی در ارائه خدمات توسط مراقبین سلامت، 2- محدودیت در امکانات و ظرفیت بیمارستان، 3- رفتار نامناسب کادر درمان با بیماران و همراهان آن‌ها 4- ناتوانی در انجام برخی پروسه های مربوط به درمان 5- بهداشت ضعیف بیمارستان، 6- مشکلات در هزینه‌های مربوط به درمان و نگهداری از بیماران و 7- محدودیت‌های ایجاد شده توسط مسائل قانونی، توسط بیماران و همراهان آن‌ها مطرح شدند., the aim of this study is to evaluate statement End of Life Care(EOL) experience patient’s perspective. This qualitative study was carried out with a phenomenological approach on the patients at the end of the life in Shahid Ghazi, Razi and children's hospitals and pain clinic of Imam Reza Hospital in Tabriz.In this study, the phenomenon of banner method was used.Data collection was done by interviewing with the interviewer's guidance and the caliber method was used to analyze the findings. In this study, 25 patients and their relatives were interviewed. The finding of this study were included 7 theme and 28 sub-theme, 1. Failure to provide services by health care providers, 2. Limitations on hospital facilities and capacities,3. Improper conduct of medical staff with patients and their relatives, 4. inability to carry out some projects related to treatment, 5. Poor hospital hygiene,6. problems related to the treatment costs and care of patients and 7. Limits created by legal issues, by patients and their relatives were the most important issues mentioned by participants in the study
