بررسی سونوگرافی كلیه اهدا كننده قبل از نفركتومی و چهارهفته بعد از پیوند درگیرنده عضو

Abstract

رد پیوند کلیه پدیده ای است که گاهی بعد از عمل پیوند کلیه دیده می شود. با تشخیص زود هنگام وازنش پیوند توسط سونوگرافی شروع سریع درمان جهت کارایی کلیه امکان پذیر شده و از ایجاد صدمات غیر قابل بازگشت جلوگیری می کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سونو گرافی کلیه اهدا کننده قبل از نفرکتومی و چهار هفته بعد از پیوند در گیرنده عضو صورت پذیرفته است.روش بررسی: این بررسی طی مطالعه (Cross-Sectional) به صورت نمونه گیری سهمیه ای ( Quota Sampling) بر روی 87 نفر بیمار پیوند کلیوی بیمارستان آموزشی – درمانی امام رضا (ع) شهر تبریز صورت پذیرفته است و اطلاعات حاصل از سونوگرافی با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آخرین ورژن نرم افزار SPSS مورد آنالیز قرار گرفته است.یافته ها: در این مطالعه در اهداء کننده گان پیوند 91 درصد مرد و میانگین سنی 91/30 سال و در گیرنده گان پیوند 59 درصد مرد و میانگین سنی 43/39 سال داشتند. در دهنده گان پیوند قطر طولی، قدامی و ضخامت پارانشیم در کلیه راست به ترتیب 52/107، 4/44 و 48/13 میلی متر، در کلیه چپ 109، 47/47 و 94/13 میلی متر و در گیرنده پیوند پس از 4 ماه 13/115، 68/52 و 48/13 میلی متر گزارش شد. سایز الوگرافت در قطر طولی و قطر عرضی(قدامی-خلفی) و سایز پارانشیم افزایش یافت که افزایش سایز در قطر طولی و عرضی معنی دار بوده ولی افزایش ضخامت در قطر پارانشیم معنی دار نبود., Kidney transplant rejection is phenomenon sometimes seen after kidney transplantation. Quick start treatment with ultrasonography early diagnosis transplant rejection in kidney efficiency as possible and prevent the irreversible damages this study sonography kidney donor nephrectomy before and four weeks after transplantation in recipients has been done.Methods: This study during the study (Cross-Sectional) for sampling (Quota Sampling) on 87 kidney transplant patients Teaching Hospital - Medical Imam Reza (AS) in Tabriz has been done and data using ultrasound descriptive statistics were performed using SPSS software and the latest version.Results: In this study of transplant donor 91% were male and the average age of 30.91 years and in transplant recipients, 59% were male and the average age of 39.43 years. In donor transplant longitudinal diameter, Transverse and thickness of the right kidney respectively, 107.52, 44.4 and 13.48 mm, in the left kidney, 109, 47/47 and 13.94 mm and the recipient after 4 months 115.13, 52.68 and 13.48 mm was reported. Also in this investigation(investigation) the size of allograft in longitudinal diameter ( at least 12 mm )and anterior posterior diameter (at least 3 mm ) and parenchyma size(at least 1 mm) have been increased.
