میزان آگاهی بیماران بستری، اطرافیان آنها و پرستاران، از منشور حقوق بیماران در بیمارستان های نیكوكاری و علوی در سال 1394

Abstract

بیماران آسیب پذیر ترین گروه های اجتماعی هستند، که از لحاظ جسمی و ذهنی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی در معرض خطر می باشند که این مساله سبب نگرانی انجمن های بین المللی حقوق بشر شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش¬های گذشته نشان دهنده¬ی عدم آگاهی کافی پرستاران، بیماران و همراهان نسبت به حقوق بیمار بوده¬اند. برای پاسخگویی به این سوال که این میزان آگاهی در حال حاضر در بیمارستان¬های تخصّصی چشم پزشکی شمال غرب کشور چقدر می¬باشد، بر آن شدیم تا پژوهشی را به انجام برسانیم.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، مقطعی توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری شامل320 نفر از بیماران، همراهان آنها و پرستاران مراکز فوق تخصصی چشم پزشکی شمال¬غرب کشور می باشد. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه می باشد. تحلیل های آماری با استفاده از SPSS-IBM نسخه 23 انجام شد. یافته ها: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که 1/47 درصد از بیماران از سطح آگاهی مطلوب 6/11 درصد از آگاهی متوسط و 3/41 درصد از آگاهی نامطلوب برخوردار بودند. در مورد همراهان این میزان¬ها به ترتیب 38 درصد ، 8 درصد و54 درصد بودند. در جمعیت پرستاران نیز مقادیر فوق به ترتیب 67 درصد، 2درصدو 31درصد بودند . , Patients are one of the most vulnerable social groups who are physically and mentally, economically and socially endangered. This particularly highlights the reason of concerns of international human rights associations.The results of past researches, indicates the lack of awareness of nurses, patients and their caregivers respect towards the rights of the patient.In order to evaluate the awareness of public sphere of patients’ bill of rights, this research has been conducted in tertiary ophthalmologic hospitals of Northwest of Tabriz, Iran.Materials and methods:This is a cross sectional study. There search population included 320 patients, their companions and nurses of Teryiary Ophthalmology hospitals of Northwest of Iran. Research tools include a questionnaire. All statistical analysis is processed using SPSS-IBM23. Findings:the results of current study represented that 47.1% of patients are adequately aware of patients’ bill of rights while, respectively, 11.6% and 41.3% of them are moderately and inadequately aware of the issue.Meanwhile patients’ companions’ awareness of the issue was found out to be adequate, moderate and inadequate in 38%, 8% and 54%, comparing to the nurses results which showed 67%, 2% and 31%, respectively.
