مقایسه شیوه های فرزند پروری در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات برون نمود و درون نمود

Abstract

در دهه های اخیر روان شناسان بر روابط کودک با مراقبینش تاکید بسیار کرده اند زیرا باور دارند واکنش های متقابل و صمیمیت والدین اساس رشد شناختی – عاطفی کودک را تشکیل و خطر ابتلای کودک به اختلالهای روانی را کاهش می دهد. بحث در مورد هر یك از مشكلات فرزندان بدون در نظر گرفتن نگرشها و رفتارها و شیوه فرزند پروری تقریباً غیرممكن است. سبکهای فرزند پروری والدین را می توان به سه روش در نظر گرفت: والدین مقتدر هم پذیرنده و هم كنترل كننده هستند. آنها كودكان را كنترل می كنند. والدین دارای سبک مستبدانه قوانین را بطور انعطاف ناپذیری تحمیل می كنند. از نظر تربیتی خشن وتنبیه گرند. با رفتار بد مقابله می كنند و كودك بدرفتار را تنبیه می كنند. والدین دارای سبک سهل گیرانه نسبت به آموزش رفتارهای اجتماعی سهل انگار هستند. نظم و تربیت و قانون كمی در این نوع خانواده حاكم است و پایبندی اعضا به قوانین و آداب و رسوم اجتماعی بسیار كم است.بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش مقایسه شیوه های فرزندپروری در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات برون نمود و درون نمود می باشد.روش کار:جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات برون نمود و درون نمود مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی روان پزشکی تبریز بود که در محدوده سنی 5 تا 15 ساله قرار داشتند. برای بررسی هدف پژوهش پرسشنامه شیوه های فرزند پروری در اختیار آنها قرار گرفت تا سوالات را پاسخ دهند. پس از پر شدن پرسشنامه ها و جمع آوری اطلاعات لازم, اطلاعات وارد نرم افزار SPSS.21 گردید و آنالیز صورت گرفت.یافته ها:روش تربیتی مقتدر ارتباط واضحی با اختلالات رفتاری مختلف نداشت(210/0p value=)روش تربیتی مستبد فقط با اختلالات برون نمود ارتباط معناداری داشت.(022/0p value=)روش تربیتی سهل گیرانه فقط با اختلالات درون نمود ارتباط معناداری داشت.(000/0p value=), Psychiatrists have emphasized more and more on relationships between children and their parents during recent decades , because they believe that confront reaction and sincerity between children and parents have an important role in emotional development and may lead to decrease the rate of psychologic disorders among children. Talking about children`s problems without considering the attitudes,behaviors and parenting style is almost impossible. There are three parenting styles : Authoritative parents are acceptor and also handler. They control the children. Authoritarian parents ride the rules without any inflection. They are violent and punisher. They react tough and punish rude children. Neglectful parents take easy about educating social behaviors. Discipline is ignoredin such families. The goal of this study is to compare different parenting styles of in mother with externalizing problems internalizing problems.Material and methods : The population studied in this research was the mothers with children suffering from internalizing problems externalizing problems referred to psychotherapic centers in Tabriz with age limitations from 5 to 15 years old. Checklists of parenting style were filled by mothers and the data were analyzed by spss 21.Results : Authoritative style was not correlated with behavioral problems (P : 0.21). Authoritarian style was related only with externalizing problems (P : 0.022). Neglectful style was related only with internalizing problems (P : 0.000).
