تاثیر آموزش بخش های بیهوشی در افزایش مهارتهای انتوباسیون دانشجویان پزشکی

Abstract

انتوباسیون جزء لاینفک احیای قلبی- ریوی بوده و مراحل اول احیاء را شامل می شود. مشکل رایج فعلی که به یک چالش تامل برانگیز تبدیل شده است، نبود شیوه آموزش پزشکی جامع و کاربردی در زمینه آموزش مهارت های بالینی می باشد.هدف: تاثیر آموزشی بخش های بیهوشی در افزایش مهارت انتوباسیون دانشجویان پزشکیروش کار: نوع پژوهش، مورد شاهدی می باشد. جامعه آماری 40 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در دو ورودی مختلف به تعداد برابر بودند. ابزار جمع آوری، پرسش نامه استاندارد حاوی 20متغیر ارزیابی انتوباسیون بروش سیستمDOPS بودکه امتیازات هر متغیر برای دو گروهA (که قبلا تحت آموزش انتوباسیون در بخش بیهوشی قرار گرفته بودند) و ) B که هیچ گونه آموزش عملی ندیده بودند و بخش بیهوشی را نگذرانده بودند) به صورت مجزا محاسبه شد و با بهره جستن از آمار استنباطی، به تجزیه و تحلیل سوالات و فرضیه ها پرداخته شد.نتایج: از لحاظ امتیازبندی کل گروه الف، نمره 1.58± 17.14 و گروه B نمره 0.99± 2.77 را کسب کردند.این دو گروه از لحاظ آماری اختلاف معنی دار قابل توجهی نشان دادند( 0.001<p). این نتیجه برای هر کدام از 20 متغیر سنجیده شده بین دو گروه با سطح معنی داری قابل توجهی بدست آمد., Intubation is one of the most important definite part of CPR process and this important one includes the primary stages of CPR. The common significant problem that needs to pay attention is the profitable practical instruction method related to clinical abilities.Aim: To survey the effect of anesthesiology wards training in increasing intubation skills of medical students Methods: The sort of study was case-control. The equal 40 numbers of medical students between two groups has been compared with each other. Data assembling was a questionnaire includes different intubation skill factors that compared and calculated based on DOPS statistical system. Each variable's scores for the two groups A(which already had been trained intubation in anesthesiology ward) and B (which had not experienced any practical training and had not passed anesthesiology) were calculated separately in attention to realized and comprehensive questions and discussions. Results: Mean total score of group A was 17.14± 1.58 versus 2.77 ± 0.99 in group B. There was a significant statistically difference between two groups (p<0.001). This result repeated for all 20 parameters of this study significantly.
