بررسی ارتباط پلی مورفیسم ژنی CTLA-4 (+49 A/G) با بیماری جذام (leprosy) و تاثیرات آن بر بر نوع بیماری

Abstract

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط پلی مورفیسمCTLA-4 +49 A/G و استعداد ابتلاء به بیماری جذام و تاثیرات آن بر نوع و شدت بیماریمی باشد.در این تحقیق تعداد157 نفر ازبیماران جذامی درمان شده ساکن آسایشگاه بابا باغی تبریز و تعداد 185نفر به عنوان فرد سالم به عنوان گروه کنترلوارد مطالعه شدندابتدا با نمونه گیری خون(8-10ml)از بیماران DNAژنومی استخراج و سپس پلی مورفیسم ژنی CTLA-4 در ناحیه +49 A/G در آنها تعیین شد، سپس فراوانی ژنوتیپ ها در دو گروهبا هم مقایسه شدند .همچنین برای هر یک از بیماران اشكال بالینی بیماری، وضعیت كارآیی ،سن شروع بیماری، طول مدت بیماری ، نشانه های بالینی بیماری، سن و جنس بررسی و ارتباط بین ژنوتیپ و الل پلی مورفیسم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. میانگین سنی نمونه ی مورد مطالعه 65.87 سال با انحراف معیار 11.90± به دست آمد و بیشترین میزان شیوع جذام در سنین 16 تا 30 سالگی مشاهده شد.ترکیب جنسیتی شامل 94 نفر مرد و 63 نفر زن بود.جذاملپروماتوز با درصد فراوانی 67.5% بیشترین فروانی و جذام نوع BT با درصد فراوانی 1.9% کم‌ترین فراوانی را داشت.شایع ترین عوارض ناتوانی اعضا، علایم عصبی، تظاهرات چشمی و جذام گوش، حلق و بینی با 33 درصد شیوع به دست آمد., The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between polymorphisms of CTLA-4 +49 A / G and susceptibility to leprosy and its impact on the type and severity of disease. In this study, 157 patients treated leprosy patients living in nursing homes in Tabriz Baba Baghi and 185 healthy human subjects were enrolled as controls.first blood samples (8-10 ml) of patients Gene polymorphism CTLA-4 +49 A / G were determined, then the genotype frequencies in two groups were compared. In addition, for each patient clinical forms of the disease, the performance, age at onset, duration of illness, symptoms, age, sex and relationship between genotypes and allele polymorphism review was studied. The average age of the sample was 11.90 ± standard deviation of 65.87 years and the highest prevalence of leprosy at the age of 16 to 30 years old. Gender composition included 94 males and 63 females with a percentage of 67.5% of Bvd.jzamlepromatous leprosy type BT frequency and the frequency of Bvd.jzamlepromatous leprosy type BT frequency and the frequency of the lowest frequency was 1.9%. The most common side effects of organ failure, neurological diseases, leprosy protests eye and ear, nose and throat incidence was 33%.
