بررسی مقایسه ای تاثیر استفاده از پیوند سوسپانسیون سلول های بازال اپیدرم به تنهایی و تاثیر استفاده همزمان پیوند سوسپانسیون سلول های بازال و کلسی پوتریول موضعی در درمان ویتیلیگوهای پایدار

Abstract

Vitiligo is an skin disease with multifactorial disease with causes the skin to lose pigments and distinguished by white spots on the skin. In some cases usual treatments do not effective, one of the new treatments in cause of resistant Vitiligo is implanting the suspension cells of epiderm busal layer which this study has considered. The study has also tried the application of calcipotriol in the area of implantation for the first time, and has compared the two sample groups. This study has been carried out in the form of clinical trial in the clinic and operating room of Sina Educational and Medical Center and Stem Cell Laboratory Network of Tabriz Medical University. 20 patients were divided into two random groups of ten patients. The first group only received the transplant of basal cell suspension and the second received the transplant of basal cell suspension and application of topical calcipotriol after the transplant. Then the total result was considered and the different reactions of the two groups were comared. In this study, at the end of the sixth month 2 patients (20%) in the first group showed a poor respense, and 8 ones (80%) showed a moderate or good response. In the second, 1 patient (10%) showed a poor response, and 9 ones (90%) showed a moderate or good response. Comparing the responses of the two groups to the treatment no meaning ful difference was observed., هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی مقایسه ای تاثیر استفاده از پیوند سوسپانسیون سلول های بازال اپیدرم به تنهایی و تاثیر استفاده همزمان پیوند سوسپانسیون سلول های بازال و کلسی پوتریول موضعی در درمان ویتیلیگوهای پایدار می باشد.در این مطالعه بصورت کارآزمایی بالینی و به مدت یکسال از اسفند ماه 92 تا اسفند ماه 93 در درمانگاه و اتاق عمل پوست مرکز آموزشی و درمانی سینا و مرکز سلول های بنیادی بندناف دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام گردید. 20 بیمار به طور تصادفی به دو گروه 10 نفری تقسیم و گروه اول تحت پیوند سوسپانسیون سلول های بازال اپیدرم و گروه دوم تحت پیوند سوسپانسیون سلول های بازال اپیدرم و مصرف کلسی پوتریول موضعی قرار گرفتند و سپس نتیجه کلی بررسی و تفاوت پاسخ به درمان در دو گروه نیز مقایسه شد. در این مطالعه در انتهای ماه ششم، در گروه اول 4 نفر (40 درصد) پاسخ خوب و 4 نفر (40 درصد) پاسخ متوسط و 2 نفر (20 درصد) پاسخ ضعیف به درمان داشتند. در گروه دوم، 6 نفر (60 درصد) پاسخ خوب، 3 نفر (30 درصد) پاسخ متوسط و 1 نفر (10 درصد) پاسخ ضعیف به درمان داشتند. در مقایسه بین دو گروه از نظر جواب به درمان تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد.
