تاثیر آموزش مدیریت والدین بر کیفیت زندگی والدین کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/عدم تمرکز

Abstract

The aim of this study wasto determine theeffectiveness ofparent management trainingon quality of lifeand thestressthose parents of children withAttention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. The study sampleconsistedof 30parentsof childrenwithADHD 12-1years old(15 mothers and15fathers)thatwhowere referred to the psychiatrictreatmentcenters of Tabriz.Theyhad parentsof managementeducation. Before and aftertraining sessionswereassessedbyquestionnaire,Quality of Life Questionnaireandthe ParentalStress Scale. Indicate thatparent management trainingon qualityof life inparents ofchildren with ADHDwas found (P<0.001).The results furtherindicate effects of parent management traininginchildren with ADHDparents stress (P<0.001).The findingsindicate thatparent management trainingaffects the quality of lifeandparentalstressin parents of children withADHDand that theparent management traininghasno different effecton parenting stressof parentsof children withADHD. Parent management trainingon qualityof life inparents ofchildren with ADHDhavea different effect. The resultssuggest thatlearningismoreeffectiveinimproving thequality of life ofmothers (P<0.02)., هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین تاثیر آموزش مدیریت والدین بر کیفیت زندگی و استرس والدین کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی / عدم تمرکز و همچنین مقایسه اثر بخشی بین مادران و پدران می باشد. نمونه آماری عبارت است از تعداد 30 نفر از والدین کودکان ADHD شامل 15 مادر و 15 پدر مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی روانپزشکی تبریز می باشد. این افراد تحت آموزش مدیریت والدین قرار گرفتند. قبل و بعد از آموزش به وسیله پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی و مقیاس استرس والدینی ارزیابی شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت والدین بر کیفیت زندگی والدین کودکانADHD تاثیر دارد (001/0P<). همچنین نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت والدین بر استرس والدین کودکان ADHD تاثیر دارد (001/0P<). نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت والدین بر استرس والدینی پدران و مادران کودکان ADHD تاثیر متفاوتی ندارد. آموزش مدیریت والدین بر کیفیت زندگی پدران و مادران کودکانADHDتاثیرمتفاوتی دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که آموزش در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی مادران اثربخشی بیشتری داشته است(02/0P<).
