بررسی مشخصات روانشناختی دانشجویان مشروطی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در تست MMPI

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological characteristics of students, MMPI test is conditional Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. A retrospective study of 134 university students and rehabilitation in both conditional and unconditional, and the sample was randomly selected. MMPI test results, college admission and SPSS 19 software using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was performed. According to the results, but there was no significant difference between age and gender between the groups in terms of conditional and unconditional high school GPA was a significant difference. Despite some significant differences between the groups and MMPI scales, but that it had not been able to identify this as a scale raised no clinical disease. The results showed that psychotic disorders (schizophrenia) with 4 of the most common and the prevalence of poor mental health (anxiety issues) with three, Paranoia with two cases of hysteria, with a deviation of psychosocial measures next fall. The prevalence of depression among individuals with a medical condition in 4 cases, among those providing psychosocial rehabilitation weakness in 4 cases, the non-medical condition with a 2-case the non-, provided the social deviation rehabili schizophrenia and Paranoia the order 3 and 2 are the most abundant., هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مشخصات روانشناختی دانشجویان مشروطی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در تست MMPI می باشد. مطالعه حاضر از نوع گذشته نگر بوده و 134 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و توانبخشی در دو گروه مشروط و غیر مشروط به عنوان نمونه آماری و به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده و نتایج آزمون MMPI بدو ورودی دانشگاهشان در نرم افزار SPSS 19 و با استفاده از آزمون های توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که بین سن و جنسیت گروهها تفاوت معنی دار وجود نداشته اما بین گروههای مشروط و غیر مشروط از نظر معدل دوران دبیرستان تفاوت معنی داری به دست آمد. با وجود اینکه برخی از مقیاس های آزمون MMPI در بین گروهها دارای تفاوت معنی داری بودند اما از این نظر که به در حد مقیاس برافراشته مرضی نرسیده بودند قابلیت تشخیص گذاری بالینی نداشتند.نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که اختلال روان پریشی با 4 مورد فراوانی دارای شایعترین مورد بوده و به ترتیب ضعف روانی با 3 مورد، پارانوئیا و انحراف روانی اجتماعی با 2 مورد و هیستری با 1 مورد در رتبه های بعدی قرار دارند. این فراوانی ها در بین گروه افراد مشروط پزشکی، افسردگی با 4 مورد، در بین افراد مشروط توانبخشی ضعف روانی اجتماعی با 4 مورد، در بین افراد غیر مشروط پزشکی انحراف اجتماعی با 2 مورد و در بین افراد غیر مشروط توانبخشی اسکیزوفرنی و پارانوئیا به ترتیب با 3 مورد و 2 مورد دارای بیشترین فراوانی ها می باشند.
