فراوانی انواع سردرد در بیماران مراجعه کننده به کلینیک گوش و حلق و بینی

Abstract

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی فراوانی انواع سردرد در بیماران مراجعه کننده به کلینیک گوش و حلق وبینی می باشد. در این مطالعه بیمارانی که با شکایت سردرد به کلینیک گوش و حلق و بینی مراجعه می کردند انتخاب و کلیه علایم بالینی و مشخصات سردرد از قبیل شدت، محل، مدت، و علایم همراه دیگر و یافته های پاراکلینیک و تشخیص در پرسشنامه ها جمع آوری شد.همچنین دیگر یافته ها از جمله زمان شروع، حاد یا مزمن بودن، طول مدت سردرد ،سابقه ی ترومای سر و صورت، علایم سیستمیک(مثل تب ،لرز،کاهش وزن و...)، نیز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در انتها کلیه اطلاعات وارد نرم افزار آماری SPSS v 20 شده و به تجزیه تحلیل داده ها پرداختیم.در این مطالعه 56/59 درصد بیماران زن و میانگین سنی بیماران85/35 سال بود. همچنین میانگین طول مدت سردرد 64/15 ماه و اکثریت مبتلا به سردرد مزمن بودند. احساس فشار در سر همراه با سر درد با 33/36 درصد، تهوع با 13/31 درصد و علایم سینوزیت از شایع ترین علایم بیماران بود. در بررسی علت نهایی سردرد، رینوسینوزیت با 27/50 درصد، میگرن با 60/30 درصد و سردرد ها تنشی با 94/19 درصد شایع ترین علل سردرد در میان بیماران بود., Headache is one of the most common causes of referral of patients to the ear and nose clinics. Headache is a sign of a disease,Therefore, it is one of the common symptoms in patients referred to ENT clinics. Therefore, with the design of this study, we addressed the frequency of headache types in patients referred to the ear and pharynx clinic.In this study, patients with headache complaints were referred to the ENT clinic and all clinical manifestations and headache characteristics such as severity, location, duration, and other symptoms, and paraclinical findings and diagnosis were collected in questionnaires. Other findings were also evaluated including starting time, acute or chronic, duration of headache, history of head and face trauma, systemic symptoms (such as fever, chills, weight loss, etc.). Finally, all of the information was entered into the statistical software SPSS v 20 and we analyzed the data.In this study,59.56% of patients were female and the mean age of patients was 35.85 years. The mean duration of headache was 15.64 months and the majorities were chronic headaches. Feeling of pressure in the head with headache with 36.33%, nausea with 31.13%, and sinusitis were the most common symptoms of the patients. In examining the ultimate cause of headache, rhinocinosis with 50.27%, migraine with 30.60% and headache were tension with 19,94% of the most common causes of headache among patients.
