نیمرخ شخصیتی والدین کودکان ADHD 6 الی 12 سال تبریز

Abstract

Goal: Based on theories of family system, parents can be one of the main causes of children's behavioral problems.Therefore, defective personality profile of parents will have consequences for negative behavior of Children. This research was conducted in order to determine the parents personality profile with six-twelve years children suffering from ADHD in Tabriz. Methods: This study is cross sectional and 170 parents of 6-12 years old children suffering from ADHD referd to Bojorgmehr psychology clinic (Tabriz Medical Sciences University) in 2013 were selected. K-PLSADS was used for diagnosis of ADHD and accompanied mental disorder .Also, MCMI-III questionnaire was employed for measuring the parents personality profile. For analysis of the data software spss version 17 and Fisher and Man Whitney-U were used. Findings: In the personality clinical patterns the highest disorders were depression with 43 individual (25.3 %), dramatic 34 persons (20%), and obsession 29 individuals (17.1%). In the sever vulnerability the outbreak of the disorders were schizoid personality 5.3%, boundary 3.5% and paranoid 2.9%. In clinical symptom the highest disorder outbreak were dysthymia 8.8%, anxiety, manic and PTSD 4.7%. In depression outbreak, dysthymia 4.1%, thought disorder 2.4% and delusional disorder 1.8 % were obtained. Mothers had highest scores from average grades in boundary, dependent, schizoid personality, avoidance, depression, sadistic, negatively orientation, self-injury, anxiety, quasi physical, dysthymia, PTSD, thought disorder and depression. The fathers had highest scores in antisocial personality and the mothers were suffered severe depression and negatively orientation (P<0.05). The severity of the parents personality disorders had a positive correlation with their children ADHD (P<0.05)., هدف:بر اساس نظریه سیستمی خانواده رفتار والدین می تواند به عنوان یکی از عوامل اصلی مشکلات رفتاری فرزندان باشد. بنابراین وجود نیمرخ شخصیتی معیوب والدین، پیامدهای رفتاری منفی بر فرزندان خواهد داشت. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نیمرخ شخصیتی والدین کودکانADHD 6 الی 12 سال سن تبریز صورت گرفت. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعیاست. تعداد 170 نفر از والدین کودکان 6 الی 12 سال سن مراجعه کننده به کلینیک روانپزشکی بزرگمهر (وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز) مبتلا به ADHD در سال 1392 انتخاب گردید. از مصاحبه تشخیصی نیمه ساختاری (-PLSADSK)برای تشخیص ADHD و اختلال روانی همراه استفاده گردید. همچنین از پرسش نامه بالینی چند محوری میلون 3 ((MCMI-III) برای سنجش نیمرخ شخصیتی والدین استفاده شد. تحلیل های آماری از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 17 و روش های آماری آزمون دقیق فیشر و من ویتنی- یو استفاده گردید. یافته‌صها:در الگوهای بالینی شخصیت بیشترین شیوع اختلالات به ترتیب افسرده 43 نفر (3/25 درصد)، نمایشی 34 نفر (20 درصد) و وسواسی 29 نفر (1/17 درصد) بودند. در آسیب شدید شخصیت شیوع اختلالات به ترتیب برای اسکیزوتایپال 3/5 درصد، مرزی 5/3 درصد و پارانوئید 9/2 درصد بود. در نشانگان بالینی بیشترین شیوع اختلالات به ترتیب افسرده خویی 8/8 درصد و اختلالات اضطراب، مانیک و PTSD شیوع 7/4 درصد بودند. در نشانگان شدید شیوع افسردگی اساسی 1/4 درصد، اختلال تفکر 4/2 درصد و اختلال هذیانی 8/1 درصد بود. مادران از میانگین رتبه ای بیشتری در نمرات مقیاس های مرزی، وابسته، اسکیزوتایپال، اجتنابی، افسرده، دیگرآزارگر، منفی گرا، خودآزارگر، اضطراب، شبه جسمانی، افسرده خوی، PTSD، اختلال تفکر، افسردگی اساسی برخوردار بودند و پدران از شیوع بیشتر شخصیت ضد اجتماعی و مادران از شیوع بیشتر افسردگی و منفی گرایی رنج می بردند (05/0P<). شدت مشکلات شخصیتی والدین با شدت ADHD فذزندان همبستگی مثبتی داشت (05/0>P).
