فراوانی همسرآزاری در زنان با اقدام به خودکشی مراجعه کننده به اورژانس بیمارستان سینا-تبریز

Abstract

The aim of this study was evaluated the intimate partner violence in married females with suicidal attempt referred to emergency department of Sina educational and training center-Tabriz. In a cross-sectional descriptive-analytic study (Sep 2013-Dec 2014) which was carried out in emergency department of Sina hospital, 305 married female patients with suicidal attempt were studied. Our checklist has three different parts. Part one contains demographic features of patients, part two contains information of social life of patients, and the last part contain questions about intimate partner violence. Validity and reliability of checklist was evaluated and approved. The mean age of patients was 28.479.1. In relation to the partner violence criteria: 26.9% of patients were threatened with physical abuse and 34.8% of patients had been physically abused by their husbands. 57% did not feel comfortable in their life and 41.6% were afraid of her husband. 39.3% of patients were controlled by their husbands, and 19.3% had threatened to divorce. 21.3% of them were not allowed to meet with family and 12.8% had been betrayed by his husband., هدف ما از انجام این مطالعه ارزیابی همسرآزاری در بین زنان متاهل اقدام کننده به خودکشی مراجعه کننده به اورژانس مرکز آموزشی درمانی سینا تبریز در سال 1393 بود.طی یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی تحلیلی در فاصله بین شهریور 92 تا آذر 93 که در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان سینا انجام شد، 305 بیمار زن متاهل با اقدام به خودکشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پرسشنامه ما شامل سه قسمت مختلف بود. قسمت اول شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک بیماران بود، قسمت دوم شامل اطلاعات اجتماعی بیماران و قسمت آخر سوالاتی در مورد همسر آزاری بود. روائی و پایائی پرسشنامه ارزیابی و تائید شد.میانگین سنی بیماران 1/947/28 بود. در رابطه با معیار های همسرآزاری : 9/26% تهدید به آزار جسمی و 8/34 % مورد آزار جسمی قرار گرفته بودند. 57% عدم احساس آرامش در زندگی و 6/41 % ترس از همسر داشتند. 3/39 % توسط همسرشان کنترل می شدند و 3/19 % تهدید به طلاق شده بودند.3/21 % از ملاقات با خانواده شان ممنوع شده بودند و 8/12 % از طرف همسرشان خیانت دیده بودند.
