مقایسه اثر محلول Lindane 1% و Permethrin 5% در درمان گال

Abstract

The aim of is study was to comprise the efficacy and safety of lindane 1% lotion versus Permethrin 5% in the treatment of scabies. 40 patients with scabies attending the dermatology outpatient department of Sina Hospital, Tabriz University of medical sciences were admitted. Patients were divided into two groups randomly. The first group received 5% permethrin cream and the other received 1% lindane lotion. Treatment was evaluated at intervals of 2 weeks. Two groups was matched for demographic findings, Of 40 patients,. 20 in the group treated with lindane and 20 in the group treated with permethrin. Permethrin provided an improvement rate of 80% after two weeks, whereas lindane was effective only in 45% of patients.the improvement rate was significantly high in permethrin group(p=0.0024)., هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه اثر محلول Lindane 1% و Permethrin 5% در درمان گال می باشد.در یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی، 40 بیمار مبتلا به گال مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه سرپایی بخش پوست بیمارستان سینا تبریز، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. بیماران به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم و برای یک گروه از محلول لیندان 1% و برای گروه دیگر از کرم پرمترین 5% استفاده شد.پاسخ به درمان در انتهای هفته 2 ارزیابی شد.دو گروه از نظر یافته های دموگرافیک باهم همسان بودند. از 40 بیمار بررسی شده، 20 نفر در گروه لیندان و 20 نفر در گروه پرمترین بوده اند، میزان بهبودی حاصله در گروه پرمترین 80% و در گروه لیندان 45% بوده است، تفاوت دو گروه از نظر بهبودی از نظر آماری باهم متفاوت بوده است (0024/0=P).
