تاثیر مکمل آلوورا بر سطح قند خون و پروفایل چربی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت تیپ2

Abstract

Objective: In this clinical trial study we are aimed to study the effect of Aloe vera supplements on blood glucose level and lipid profile of diabetes mellitus type 2 patients. Methods and materials: In this clinical trial study 44 patients (25 male and 19 female) who had the inclusion criteria, were divided into two groups of case and control randomly. The patients in case group received 1000 mg of Aloe vera supplements and the patients of control group received placebo, daily for two months beside the main treatment for diabetes mellitus. Before and after the intervention blood samples from all the patients in the study have been taken. Blood samples were tested for blood glucose level and lipid profile. The data were analyzed using independent T-test method. This clinical trial study was submitted in IRCT center by the submitted code of IRCT201307269626N2. Results: The results revealed that the levels of the fasting blood sugar (FBS), HbA1c, Total Cholesterol, Triglyceride, high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) were not significantly different between the pre-intervention and post intervention blood samples in both case and control group. Also there was not any significant difference in blood glucose level and lipid profile between case and control groups., هدف:مطالعه ی حاضر به صورت کارآزمایی بالینی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت تیپ 2 با هدف تعیین تاثیر مکمل گیاه آلوورا بر روی سطح گلوکز خون و پروفایل چربی افراد مبتلا به دیابت تیپ 2 صورت گرفته است.مواد و روش ها:در این مطالعه که بصورت کارآزمایی بالینی انجام شده است، 44 بیمار (25 مرد و 19 زن ) که بر اساس معیارهای ورود وارد مطالعه شده بودند به صورت راندوم به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. بیماران در گروه مداخله یک قرص 1000 میلی گرمی آلوورا و بیماران در گروه کنترل دارو نما را بصورت روزانه به مدت 2 ماه دریافت کردند. در ابتدا و انتهای مطالعه خونگیری جهت اندازه گیری الگوی لیپیدی و سطح گلوکز خون برای تمام بیماران انجام شد. این مطالعه در مرکز ثبت کارآزمایی بالینی با کد ثبت IRCT201307269626N3 ثبت گردیده است. یافته ها:نتایج مطالعه بعد از آنالیز نشان دادند که میزان مارکر های نشان دهنده سطح قند خون ناشتا، HbA1c ، تری گلیسیرید، کلسترول توتال، HDL و LDL در هر دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی داری نداشتند ( P value > 0.05). همچنین تفاوت این مارکر ها در دو گروه نسبت به هم نیز تفاوت معنی داری نداشتند
