فاکتورهای موثر بر میزان موفقیت عمل تمپانوپلاستی بر اساس یافته های قبل و حین عمل جراحی

Abstract

Tympanoplasty is a standard procedure to repair of tympanic membrane perforation . The aim of this study is to evaluate the results of tympanoplasty (hearing improvement and tympanic membrane closure rate ) in the patients suffering from chronic perforation of tympanic membrane by considering the prognostic factors.Material and method: In a prospective study, done on the results of tympanoplasty with temporal graft fascia in 60 patients in ENT department of Medical Science University of Tabriz,we evaluated prognostic factors such as age,sex,smoking,size and site of perforation on outcome of surgery.Results: The rate of surgical success - integration of the graft - was 93.3% of cases. Improvement of hearing, as demonstrated in audiometry, occurred in 93% of cases. We not found any factors be statistically significant affect surgical outcome., تیمپانوپلاستی یك روش استاندارد برای ترمیم پرفوراسیون پرده تیمپان می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نتایج تمپانوپلاستی از نظر بهبود شنوایی و گرفتن پیوند در بیماران مبتلا به پرفوراسیون مزمن پرده تمپان با در نظر گرفتن عوامل پروكنوستیك در زمان جراحی است. روش كار: در یك مطالعه آینده نگر كه در دپارتمان ENT دانشگاه علو پزشكی تبریز بر روی نتایج حاصله از تمپانوپلاستی در 60 بیمار انجام دادیم ، نتایج تیمپانوپلاستی با گرافت فاسیای تمپورال در بیماران مبتلا به پرفوراسیون مزمن پرده تمپان را با در نظر گرفتن عوامل پروگنوستیك بررسی كردیم.میزان موفقیت جراحی پذیرش گرافت در 93,3% موارد اتفاق افتاد بهبود شنوایی، که با ادیومتری نشان داده شد ،در 93 موارد رخ داد طبق این بررسی هیچ عاملی بر نتیچه جراحی چه از نظر گرفتن پیوند و چه بهبود شنوایی تاثیر گذار نبود.
