بررسی خصوصیات روان سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس خودگزارشی کانرز بزرگسالان (CAAS-S

Abstract

The objective of this Study is to evaluate validity and reliability of Persian version of Self- report and observer. Adult Conner's Scale for Screening of this disorder. The Self-report Screening Version of the Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales (CAARS-S:SV) and Observer Screening Version of the Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales(CAARS-O:SV) were translated into Persian by two bilingual experts and after minor changes by an expert panel were back-translated into English and were confirmed for compatibility with the original version. The Persian version of CAARS-S:SV was completed by 80 patients with confirmed adult ADHD as well as 160 healthy adults without ADHD. The Persian version of CAARS-O:SV was completed by a family member of the patients and controls who had close observation on their behaviors. Participants in all groups repeated completing the Persian versions of CAARS-S:SV and CAARS-O:SV after two weeks. Two other instruments were completed in parallel with Persian versions of CAARS-S:SV and CAARS-O:SV to assess the concurrent validity. The content validity, concurrent validity, diagnostic accuracy, internal consistency and test-retest reliability of the two CAARS scales adapted in Persian were assessed using appropriate statistical methods. Internal consistency of both the CAARS-S:SV and CAARS-O:SV using Cronbachs alpha were recorded to be high for both scales including all four subscales within an alpha range of 0.82-0.97. Both CAARS-S:SV and CAARS-O:SV showed high test-retest reliability. Content validity of the Persian version of CAARS-S:SV and CAARS-O:SV were confirmed according to the modified kappa value above 0.76 for all items included in CAARS-S:SV and CAARS-O:SV. Concurrent validity of CAARS-S:SV and CAARS-O:SV was generally confirmed both for assessing inattentive symptoms, and hyperactivity/impulsive symptoms . Both CAARS-S:SV and CAARS-O:SV scales had an area under Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC) curve above 0.88 for all subscales indicating high validity of the scales to be used as screening tools for adult ADHD., هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی مقیاس خود گزارشی و مشاهده گر کانرز بزرگسالان برای غربالگری این اختلال می باشد.مقیاس خود گزارشی کانرز بزرگسالان نسخه غربالگری (CAARS-S:SV) و مقیاس مشاهده -گر کانرز بزرگسالان نسخه غربالگری (CAARS-O:SV) توسط دو متخصص دو زبانه به فارسی ترجمه گردید و پس از تغییرات اندکی که توسط پانل متخصصان انجام شد، دوباره به انگلیسی ترجمه گردید که با نسخه اصلی همخوانی داشت. نسخه فارسی CAARS-S:SV توسط 80 بیمار که اختلال ADHD بزرگسالان داشتند و همچنین 160 بزرگسال سالم بدون ADHD پر شد. نسخه فارسی CAARS-O:SV توسط یکی از اعضای خانواده بیماران ADHD و گروه کنترل که آگاهی کافی از رفتار شرکت کنندگان داشتند، تکمیل شد. تمام شرکت -کنندگان در گروهها، نسخه فارسی CAARS-S:SV و CAARS-O:SV را یکبار دیگر بعد از دو هفته پر کردند. دو ابزار دیگر هم در کنار CAARS-S:SVو CAARS-O:SV برای ارزیابی روایی همزمان پر شد. روایی محتوا، روایی همزمان، ارزش تشخیصی، پایایی درونی و پایایی بازآمایی نسخه فارسی هر دو مقیاس CAARS توسط روش های آماری مربوطه بررسی شد.پایایی درونی هر دو مقیاس CAARS-S:SV و CAARS-O:SV که توسط آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد، برای هر دو مقیاس و همچنین 4 خرده مقیاس آنها بالا و در حدود آلفای 82/0 الی 97/0 بدست آمد. هر دو مقیاس CAARS-S:SV و CAARS-O:SV پایایی بازآزمایی بالایی را نشان دادند. روایی محتوای هر دو مقیاس CAARS-S:SV و CAARS-O:SV برای تمام محتویات با استفاده از کاپای تعدیل شده، بالای 76/0 بدست آمد. روایی همزمان مقیاس های CAARS-S:SV و CAARS-O:SV ، هر دو مقیاس را برای ارزیایی علایم نقص توجه و بیش - فعالی / تکانشگری مورد قبول قرار داد. هر دو مقیاس CAARS-S:SV و CAARS-O:SV یک سطح زیر منحنی ROC(Receiver Operating Characteristic) بزرگتر از 88/0 برای تمام زیر مقیاس ها داشتند که بیانگر روایی بالای این مقیاس ها برای استفاده به عنوان روش غربالگری ADHD بزرگسالان می باشد.
