مقایسه تاثیر آلوگرفت و اتوگرفت روی سرعت جوش خوردن شکستگی های خرد شده دیافیز استخوانهای بلند

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the use of autograft and allograft healing fractures. In the a clinical trial study, 100 patients with long bone fractures were divided into two groups of 50 patients. They were matched for age, sex and type of fracture. In a case group cancellous autograft and the other group was treated with chips allograft. Amount and rate of union and complications were compared between the two groups. In this study, 100 patients, mean age 37 10 years, including 55 males and 45 females were studied. The two groups were matched for age and sex differences were not statistically significant. Union rate of autograft was 92%and allograft was 86%, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Union duration in autograft was 3.2 0.5 months in allograft 3.4 0.8 months. the time of the union between the two groups showed no significant difference. The most important complication of autograft group was nerve injury5(10%) and hematom formation(14%) at the site of removal of the graft, and the allograft group, a patient (2%) infections was occurred., هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه استفاده از اتوگرافت و آلوگرافت در ترمیم شکستگی ها است. در یک کارآزمایی بالینی، 100 بیمار دارای شکستگی استخوان های بلند در دو گروه 50 نفری تقسیم شدند. آنها از نظر سن و جنس و نوع شکستگی همسان شدند. یک گروه با اتوگرافت کانسلوس و گروه دیگر با آلوگرافت Chips درمان شدند. میزان و سرعت جوش خوردگی و عوارض در دو گروه مقایسه شدند. در این مطالعه100 بیمار میانگین سنی 1037 سال شامل 55 مرد و 45 زن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. دو گروه از نظر سن و جنس همسان بوده و تفاوت آماری معنی داری نداشتند. میزان جوش خوردگی در اتو گرافت 92% و در آلوگرافت 86% بود که تفاوت آماری معنی داری بین دو گروه وجود نداشت. مدت زمان جوش خوردگی در اتوگرافت 5/02/3 ماه و در آلوگرافت8/04/3 ماه بود که از نظر زمان جوش خوردگی بین دو گروه تفاوتی مشاهده نشد. مهمترین عارضه در گروه اتوگرافت آسیب عصبی 5(10%) و تشکیل هماتوم در محل برداشتن گرافت(14%) بود و در گروه آلوگرافت 1 مورد(2%) عفونت رخ داده بود.
