بررسی تحلیلی مقایسه ای نگرش پزشکان شاغل در گروه های طب اورژانس دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی تبریز و وین درباره حضور همراهان بیمار در هنگام احیاء

Abstract

The present study evaluated the opinions of the physicians working in the emergency departments of Vienna-Austria and Tabriz-Iran regarding the presence of the patients' relatives during resuscitation. In a descriptive-analytical study, the data obtained from a questionnaire which had been distributed among all specialists and residents in Tabriz hospitals and Vienna emergency department were collected and evaluated. The questionnaire consisted of two sections aiming at demographic data, the general idea of the participants about supporting FPDR and multiple possible factors affecting participants attitudes including health belief, signs and/or triggers that would assist the procedure, self-efficacy, intellectual norms of the participants, and behavior control. A question directly asked whether they approve FDPR or not. The answers to each of the questions on the acceptance of FPDR were evaluated based on Likert scale. The mean Likert scores for the question 18 were 4.310.64 and 3.571.31 for the participants in Vienna and Tabriz universities, respectively; Austrian physicians disagreed with PFDR more than Iranian physicians significantly (P=0.018). Of the studied prognostic factors affecting concept of the Vienna university physicians, Health belief (P=0.000; B=1.146), Triggers (P=0.000; B=1.050) and norms (P=0.000; B=0.714) were significant. On the other hand, of the studied prognostic factors affecting concept of the Tabriz university physicians, Health belief (P=0.000; B=0.875), Triggers (P=0.000; B=1.11); Self-efficacy (P=0.001; B=0.5) and Perceived behavioral (P=0.03; B=0.713) were significant., این مطالعه به بررسی نظرات‍ پزشکان‍ بخش اورژانس‍ وین- اتریش و تبریز- ایران در باره ی این مسئله می پردازد. در یک مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی، اطلاعات بدست آمده از پرسشنامه های توزیع شده در بین تمام متخصصین و رزیدنت های بیمارستانهای تبریز و بخش اورژانس وین، مورد کنترل و بررسی قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه ها شامل 2 بخش با هدف کسب اطلاعات دموگرافیک بودند که به شرح زیر می باشند : 1- ایده ی کلی شرکت کنندگان درباره ی حمایت از FPDR 2- عوامل متعدد امکان پذیر و موثر بر نگرش آنها مثل اعتقاد بهداشتی، نشانه ها و یا محرک های دخیل در روند احیا، خود باوری، هنجارهای ذهنی شرکت کنندگان و کنترل رفتاری. از شرکت کنندگان یک سوال مستقیما پرسیده شد که آیا FPDR را تایید می کنند یا خیر. ، پاسخ به هر یک از سوال های مطرح شده درباره ی پذیرش FPDR، بر اساس معیار لیکرت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میانگین امتیازات معیار لیکرت مربوط به سوال 18 برای شرکت کنندگان در دانشگاه وین و تبریز، به ترتیب 64/.0 31/4 و 31/1 57/3بود. تعداد پزشکان اتریشی که نسبت به مسئله ی FPDRمخالف بودند به شکل قابل ملاحظه ای بیشتر از پزشکان ایرانی بود (0.018= P). ازمیان عوامل قابل پیش بینی موثر بر نگرش پزشکان دانشگاه وین، باورهای بهداشتی (1.146B = و0.000= P)، محرکها (1.050B = و0.000= P)، هنجارها (0.714B = و0.000= P) از همه مهمتر بودند. از طرف دیگر، ازمیان عوامل قابل پیش بینی موثر بر نگرش پزشکان دانشگاه تبریز، باورهای بهداشتی (0.875B = و0.000= P)، محرکها (1.11B = و0.000= P)، خود باوری (0.5B = و0.001= P) و کنترل رفتاری درک شده (0.713B = و0.003= P) قابل ملاحظه بودند.
