تأثیر استروئید سیستمیک در جذب مایع زیر ماکولای پایدار و دید نهائی بیماران بعد از عمل اسکلرال باکلینگ موفقیت آمیز در بیماران با جدا شدگی رگماتوژن شبکیه و ماکولا

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of systemic corticosteroid on the incidence and duration of sub-macular fluid absorption and its relationship with visual outcomes after Scleral buckling for retinal rhegmatogenous and macular detachments. In a clinical trial study that performed in the Department of Ophthalmology of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences at 2012, the effect of systemic corticosteroid on incidence and duration of sub-macular fluid absorption and its relationship with visual outcomes after Scleral buckling for retinal rhegmatogenous and macular detachments was evaluated. 48 male and 24 female patients were studied in two groups. The mean age of patients in corticosteroid group (Group A) was 45.8014.09 years and in Placebo group (Group B) was 45.6614.63 years (P=0.967). There was no significant difference between the patients of the two groups in the mean IOP before surgery, one week and one month after surgery. There was no significant difference between the patients of the two groups in terms of their VA level before surgery (p=0.938), one week (p=0.165) and one month after surgery (p=0.264). One week after surgery, all patients had fluid; however, a month later, 21 cases (58%) in corticosteroid group and 16 cases (44%) in placebo group had sub-macular fluid; so, there was no significant difference between the two groups (p=0.238)., هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر استروئید سیستمیک در شیوع و طول مدت جذب مایع زیر ماکولا و ارتباط آن با نتایج بینایی بعد از اسکلرال باکلینگ برای دکولمان رگماتوژن شبکیه و ماکولا بود.در یک کارآزمایی بالینی که در دپارتمان بیماریهای چشم دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال 1390 انجام شد، اثر استروئید سیستمیک در شیوع و طول مدت جذب مایع زیر ماکولا و ارتباط آن با نتایج بینایی بعد از اسکلرال باکلینگ برای دکولمان رگماتوژن شبکیه و ماکولا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.48 بیمار مرد و 24 بیمار زن در دو گروه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که میانگین سن بیماران گروه کورتون سیستمیک(گروهA) 09/14 80/45 سال و بیماران پلاسبو(گروه B) 63/14 66/45 سال بود(967/0=P).تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین IOP قبل از عمل یک هفته و یک ماه بعد از عمل در بیماران دو گروه مورد مطالعه وجود نداشت.تفاوت معنی داری در VA بیماران در قبل از عمل(938/0=P) یک هفته بعد از عمل(165/0=P) و یک ماه بعد از عمل (264/0=P) در بین بیماران دو گروه وجود نداشت.تمامی بیماران در یک هفته بعد از عمل دارای مایع بودند ولی در یک ماه بعد از عمل در گروه دیافت کننده کورتون در 21 نفر(58%) بیماران دارای مایع بود و در گروه پلاسبو در 16 نفر (44%) دارای مایع بود که تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه وجود نداشت(238/0=P).
