Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the individual factors influencing job satisfaction of general practitioners and professionals working in the various programs and services of the East Azerbaijan Province. In this descriptive study, Personal and professional factors influencing job satisfaction among general practitioners of physicians that Working in different programs and services in East Azerbaijan province were studied with Valid and reliable questionnaire of WHO. Population consisted of 200 general practitioners in the province East Azerbaijan three sectors (public, private, and family physicians) were selected by convenience sampling method. Physician satisfaction ratings using by Likert (1 point high dissatisfaction, discontent 2 scores, satisfaction scores 3 points and 4 gave high satisfaction) were expressed as mean SD and statistical comparisons were performed. 70 of physicians worked as family practice physicians, 65 of them worked in public and 65 of them worked private centers. In overall, GPs' job satisfaction was low (2.17 0.55) that Well justify their behavior in an effort to further education and expertise is business.In the physician that working in the public sector (2.24 0.56) slightly better than the satisfaction of private practitioners physician (2.230.58) Family physician (2.070.52) in terms of overall satisfaction, significant differences wasnt found between the three groups(P= 0.144). In the family physicians, status, quality of work and companionship; In the physicians that working in the public sector, status, quality of work and companionship and in the physicians that working in the private sector, Independence, status and companionship had the greatest satisfaction. In all cases, the quality of work, status and companionship was accounted for greatest satisfaction. The level of dissatisfaction among physicians, including personal protection, survival, safety and quality and style of supervision. The physician working in the public sector as part of the family and had a better track record than private physicians. , هدف از این مطالعه تعیین عوامل فردی و حرفه ای موثر بر رضایت شغلی پزشکان عمومی شاغل در بخش ها و برنامه های مختلف ارایه خدمات استان آذربایجان شرقی بود.در این مطالعه توصیفی عوامل فردی و حرفه ای موثر بر رضایت شغلی پزشکان عمومی شاغل در بخش ها و برنامه های مختلف ارایه خدمات استان آذربایجان شرقی با پرسشنامه روا و پایای سازمان بهداشت جهانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه پژوهش کلیه پزشکان عمومی شاغل در استان و نمونه شامل 200نفر ازشاغلین بخش های سه گانه (دولتی ، خصوصی و پزشک خانواده) بروش نمونه گیری اسان انتخاب شدند. رضایت مندی پزشکان با استفاده از درجه بندی Likert (نارضایتی زیاد 1 امتیاز ، نارضایتی 2 امتیاز ، رضایت 3 امتیاز و رضایت زیاد 4 امتیاز دادیم) بصورت میانگین و انحراف معیار بیان گردید و مقایسه آماری انجام گردید.70 نفر از پزشکان عمومی مورد مطالعه بعنوان پزشک خانواده ، 65 نفر در مراکز دولتی و 65 نفر در بخش خصوصی فعالیت می کردند. در مجموع رضایت شغلی پزشکان عمومی در حد پایین بدست آمد. که در این میان پزشکان شاغل در بخش دولتی(56/0+24/2) به مقدار جزیی در رضایت مندی بهتری نسبت به پزشکان بخش خصوصی(58/0+23/2) و خانواده(52/0+07/2) داشتند که از نظر میزان کلی رضایت مندی تفاوت معنی داری بین سه گروه مورد مطالعه وجود نداشت(144/0=P).
